Rotary Rebates

Here is the simple version. You pay the listed price when you buy the equipment from us. The rebate comes later from Rotary, after the equipment has been installed, registered, and the claim has been reviewed. Approved rebates are generally eligible for payment within 30 days and are issued on a payment card.

Installation is an important part of the process. Rotary requires qualifying equipment to be installed and registered by a Rotary Authorized Installer. The installation and registration information is checked as part of the rebate process, so using an installer who does not meet Rotary's requirements can make the purchase ineligible.

How to Claim the Rebate

1. Purchase a qualifying model no later than August 31, 2026.
2. Arrange installation and registration through a qualified Rotary Authorized Installer.
3. Visit Rotary's rebate website and choose the option for equipment you have already purchased.
4. Create your rebate account and verify it through the confirmation email.
5. Enter the equipment serial number and upload a clear copy or photo of your dated sales receipt.
6. Submit the rebate after the equipment has been installed and registered according to Rotary's program requirements.

Pay attention to the dates if you are ordering near the end of the promotion. Rotary currently shows September 30, 2026 as the end of the promotion registration period, while other program terms discuss installation and product registration within a period that can extend beyond August 31. If your equipment will not be installed until late September or later, check the current Rotary terms before placing the order so you know exactly which deadline applies.

The rebate application must be submitted by the end customer. Garage Supply Guys cannot submit the claim for you, and neither can the installer or another representative. Rotary handles rebate submissions through its online rebate system.

What You'll Need

• Equipment serial number - use the serial number shown on the actual unit.
• Purchase receipt - your receipt must show a qualifying purchase date.
• Dealer information - enter Garage Supply Guys as the seller.
• Digital receipt copy - a scan or clear phone photo is fine as long as all information can be read.

Purchases That Do Not Qualify

The rebate is not available for every buyer or every type of equipment purchase. Rotary excludes government agencies and government contracts, national accounts, resellers, representative agencies, schools, technical schools, and customers outside the 50 U.S. states and Canada. Used equipment, demonstration units, warranty replacements, and warranty repairs are also excluded. Parts and accessories do not qualify on their own, and adding a new accessory to equipment you already own does not make the original unit eligible for a rebate.

Before You Order

• Each unit gets its own rebate - if you purchase multiple qualifying units, each eligible unit can have its own rebate claim.
• Other offers may not combine - Rotary does not allow this rebate to be stacked with certain other promotions.
• Complete the installation first - the equipment needs to meet Rotary's installation and registration requirements before the rebate is submitted.
• Check the latest terms - rebate programs can be updated, so review Rotary's current rules before making a purchase based on the rebate amount.
