Order Standard or Low Ceiling based on the lowest overhead obstruction in the bay. Lay out the bay before drilling

Rotary publishes Narrow, Standard, and Wide installation settings. Overall width ranges from 12 feet 11 inches to 13 feet 11 inches, and drive-through clearance ranges from 105 11/32 to 117 11/32 inches. Plan on a minimum 15 by 30 foot bay and confirm doors, walls, lights, heaters, roof structure, and vehicle approach before locating the columns. Width is an installation setting, not a product variant.

Match the foundation to the applicable anchoring condition

Install on sound concrete only, never asphalt or a similar unstable surface. Rotary specifies at least 3,000 psi concrete.
