Warranty

Warranty Coverage Bartec TPMS tools are covered for 1 year from the original purchase date. Registration is required to activate the warranty, and it applies only to the original purchaser. Bartec may repair or replace the tool at its discretion, with a 90-day warranty on repaired/replaced products or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of defect occurrence.
Limitations of Liability Bartec is not liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages beyond those outlined in this warranty. Liability does not exceed the product's purchase price.
Exclusions This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Batteries (except internal)
  • Finishes
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Freight damage, cosmetic damage, misuse, or acts of nature
Repair Terms An RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number is required for service. The customer is responsible for inbound freight on warranty repairs; Bartec covers outbound freight.
Mechanical Tools & Cables Warranty Bartec mechanical tools and cables are covered for 180 days from purchase. The same claim and repair policies apply as for TPMS tools.
