Shipping Policy


Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. Once your order is received, we will confirm with our suppliers that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

Orders in stock and processed will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@garagesupplyguys.com.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Some products may be available in Canada, as indicated at checkout. If you are able to enter a Canadian shipping address during checkout, your order is eligible for delivery.

Changing Address

If your order has been processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note:

  • Expect delays for address changes.
  • Any additional charges from our freight companies due to the address change will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We work closely with vendors to ensure timely shipments. However, delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. If you cancel an order due to shipping delays, you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and other related expenses.

If a chargeback is initiated for shipping delays, customers may be held responsible for associated fees and losses.

Missing Items

If any items are missing upon delivery, it is imperative to report it to us within 5 business days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team at support@garagesupplyguys.com. Mark the delivery receipt as "missing" and notify the truck driver of the shortage before signing the receipt.

Allow a brief grace period for the carrier to locate the missing items. Should they remain untraceable, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost. However, claims for missing items reported beyond 5 business days from delivery will be rejected. We are not liable for any costs associated with project delays due to missing items; therefore, scheduling contractors should be avoided until items are received and thoroughly inspected.

Stolen Packages for Postal Deliveries (FedEx or UPS)

Please note that we are not accountable for stolen packages. If your shipment is marked as "delivered" by the postal carrier, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Options

Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is consistently free. Upon order submission, this option usually takes between 5-15 days for delivery to your doorstep.
