At Garage Supply Guys, we ensure your order is carefully monitored from the moment it is placed until it reaches your doorstep. To track your order and get an estimated delivery date, visit the 'Order Tracking' page. You will find detailed information about each item, including its current status and estimated arrival date. Simply select "Track" to view the exact location of your order in real-time.

We will notify you via email as soon as your item ships and provide tracking information to keep you updated throughout the shipping process.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Before placing an order, you can check the estimated delivery date by expanding the "Free Shipping" tab on the product page. Please note that delivery timelines vary based on the size of the item:

  • Small items: The estimated delivery date reflects when the item will arrive at your home.
  • Large items: The estimated delivery date reflects when the item will arrive in your local area. A local delivery agent will then contact you to arrange a specific delivery date and time window.

On the scheduled delivery day, our local delivery partner will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to ensure you are available to receive the item.

Important Information

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to holidays, severe weather, or supply chain disruptions. If such delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring availability at the designated delivery address. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may incur additional charges.

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. Be sure to retain all packaging and documentation related to the shipment.
