At Garage Supply Guys, we take pride in offering some of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge, except for custom or made-to-order products (details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible so that we can issue a full refund before the order leaves the warehouse. Cancellations of Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are produced specifically for your order. If you're unsure whether your product is custom or made-to-order, feel free to contact us for clarification.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.


Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. During this period, customers can request a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products. Please note that the customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and must report any damage within 5 business days of delivery.

To initiate a return, send an email to support@garagesupplyguys.com stating that you would like to return the item and the reason for the return. All return requests are manually reviewed, and we aim to respond within 1 business day, or typically within a few hours if the request is received during our business hours.

Return Process
After we approve your return request, the item will need to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. Once the manufacturer inspects the item and issues a credit memo, we will process your refund. Please be aware that restocking fees and return freight charges may apply.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for your original order, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so, but customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways during the return and exchange processes.


Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your returned items must be in "Like New" condition. This means they should be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and show no signs of wear or use. Unfortunately, items that don’t meet these criteria won’t qualify for a refund.

Please note, some orders may not be eligible for return after shipping. As we source products directly from manufacturers, if the manufacturer prohibits returns, we cannot process the return. This policy can vary depending on the product and brand, so please contact us for specific details regarding your order.

Transaction fees will also be deducted from your refund, ranging from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30, depending on the payment method used.

Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to all returns, regardless of the item’s condition. This fee also includes freight charges and is at the discretion of the manufacturer.


Heavy Equipment Returns

Heavy equipment can only be returned due to manufacturer defects or errors. If you need to return heavy equipment, please contact us immediately for return instructions. We will work with the manufacturer to handle the return based on the specifics of the situation.

Important Note: If the product you purchased includes free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Times

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times provided on our product pages are based on the information from our suppliers and freight companies, but these estimates may change without notice due to factors such as supply chain delays, manufacturing constraints, and increased shipping demand.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding if delays occur. While these delays are out of our control, we greatly appreciate your business and cooperation during challenging times.

When purchasing from Garage Supply Guys, you are acknowledging the following terms of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery, note any damage, take photos, and report it to Garage Supply Guys within 5 business days of receiving the product.
  • I understand that I am responsible for return shipping costs and any new shipping fees in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I acknowledge that products must be returned unopened and unused, and I may be subject to an additional restocking fee.
  • I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, I cannot receive a full refund.
  • I agree that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping and restocking fees, typically around 30%, but varying by product.
  • I understand that estimated shipping dates are subject to change due to factors beyond the control of Garage Supply Guys.
  • I agree not to cancel orders or file a chargeback for delays or incorrect estimated shipping times caused by external factors, such as manufacturing or logistical constraints.

Damages

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect delivered products for damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery. If reported within this time:

  • Notify us of the damage via email at support@garagesupplyguys.com.
  • We may offer replacement parts, a discount to retain the item, or a full refund/replacement.

If damage is not reported within 5 business days, we are unable to offer any refunds, replacement parts, or exchanges, as claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer must be filed within this timeframe.


Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details. Any damage occurring upon arrival that is unreported within 30 days is not covered under warranty.

Returns

The default return policy at Garage Supply Guys is that customers are responsible for return shipping charges and reconsignment fees due to customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Most of our products are backed by warranties, ensuring you receive a fully functional and operational product without additional expenses. For specific product return policies, please refer to the product pages or contact us directly.


BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will either receive a replacement for that item or store credit for its value. Customers are responsible for actual return shipping costs if the order has already shipped.


Chargebacks
