Limited Warranty – Seller warrants that the product’s components will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods set forth in the warranty sheet below, all from the date of delivery, subject to the following terms:
a) This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is not transferable nor does it extend to any subsequent purchasers.
b) This warranty covers solely the product and each of its component parts as listed in the warranty sheet below.
c) In the event of a defect, malfunction, or other failure of the product not caused by misuse, damage, ordinary wear and tear, or lack of required maintenance, all while in Buyer’s possession, Seller will remedy the defect, without charge to Buyer, within 30 days of written notice from Buyer. - Disclaimer of Implied Warranties – Any product purchased by Buyer under this agreement is sold on an “as is” basis, and Seller disclaims any implied warranties with respect to the product. The sole warranty of the product is the express warranty set forth herein.

- Enjoy free shipping to anywhere in the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange shipping. In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days and arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.
- Shipped via LTL truck freight to a business or residential address.
Additional Charges:
- A $100 fee will be applied if a lift gate is required, charged separately from your order.
- Extra delivery services, such as "White Glove delivery services," are not covered under free shipping and will incur additional charges.
Order Confirmation
- Upon placing your order, an order confirmation email will be promptly sent to you. This email signifies that your order has been received in our system, and we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Simultaneously, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item's availability for immediate shipment. If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email.
Order Shipment
- For in-stock items, once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can expect tracking information to be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
No Shipping Outside the USA
- Please note that we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
Returns
1. Returns – No product may be returned nor will it be accepted without a Return Material Authorization number (RMA), which can be obtained by calling our service personnel, or emailing them. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and unused. We do not offer exchanges.
2. Cost of Shipping – Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Seller’s facility at 8401 Calibration Court, College Station, Texas 77845, except in the event Seller shipped a product other than the one Buyer ordered, or the product is found to be defective or damaged due to actions or omissions other than those of Buyer or Buyer’s agents.
3. Refunds – Refunds will be processed within seven working days of receipt of the product, and we will contact you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to purchase the product.
4. Restocking Fee – Returns following shipment of the product are subject to a restocking fee of 30 percent that will be withheld from any refund. Buyer agrees that the restocking fee is not intended as a penalty, but rather is a reasonable estimate of costs incurred by Seller.

Stratus Auto Equipment was founded after the owner attended racing events and observed racers maintaining their vehicles. Noticing that some hobbyists couldn’t afford car lifts or tire machines to maintain their toys, the founder leveraged a degree in International Economy and Trade, along with a passion for creating a business, to help design and assemble car lifts with a manufacturer. With the support of family and friends, Stratus Auto Equipment was launched in Austin, Texas.
The philosophy of Stratus Auto Equipment is to provide the best quality lifts and accessories at an affordable price, while also delivering excellent customer service and warranty. After achieving success in Austin, the company relocated to College Station and built a warehouse facility. Over the next few years, there are plans to open more locations nationwide, providing excellent equipment and service to customers worldwide. Recognizing the love and dedication customers put into their businesses or projects, Stratus Auto Equipment aims to offer the same level of care for the equipment they use.
