With outside clamping from 6 to 24 inches, the Daytona TC-806M motorcycle wheel changer works on tube and tubeless bike tires. It takes rims 3 to 12 inches wide and complete wheels no more than 37 inches across.
A fixed column and rocker arm carry the mount/demount tool, while the bead breaker applies 2,500 kg of force. Compare other wheel ranges in the tire changer collection.
Features
Three pinned clamping ranges
The clamps fit the turntable slides at 6 to 14, 9 to 19, or 14 to 24 inches. Every clamp must be pinned in the same position.
Demount tool backs off the rim
A hand wheel brings the rocker arm toward the rim, and one handle locks the hex shaft. As it locks, the demount tool moves slightly away from the rim. The tool angle starts at a standard 13 inch rim setting and can be repositioned for unusually large or small rims.
Pedal driven bead breaking
Set the tire between the blade and pressing runner, then press the pedal to apply 2,500 kg of force with the built-in motorcycle tire bead breaker. Rotate the tire and repeat the stroke until the bead releases around the rim.
Reverse rotation clears a jam
The turntable runs at 6.5 rpm. Press its pedal for clockwise demounting; if the bead jams at the tool, stop and lift the pedal to run the table counterclockwise until the resistance clears.
Inflation pressure under direct control
The gauge shows tire pressure during inflation, and a deflation button releases air if the pressure climbs too high.
Set air pressure and oil feed at the machine
The air unit sits on the body's right side. Lift and turn the regulator knob to change pressure; a separate screw adjusts the oil feed into the air circuit.

Call (855) 498-2147Frequently Asked Questions
Must I repin the Daytona TC-806M clamps between front and rear wheels?
Only if the two rim diameters cannot share one clamp setting. An 18 inch rear and a 21 inch front both use the 14 to 24 inch setting, so the pins can stay put. A 12 inch rim followed by a 21 inch rim needs a reset.
What routine upkeep does the Daytona TC-806M need?
Drain water and impurities from the air separator daily. Each month, clean and oil the hex shaft, clean and grease the turntable claws and guide rail, check the lubricator oil level, and inspect drive belt tension. The lubricator takes SAE30 oil.
Can the Daytona TC-806M change motorcycle tires with tubes?
Yes. The TC-806M motorcycle tire mounter works with tube and tubeless tires for both mounting and demounting. When demounting a tube tire, keep its valve stem 10 cm to the right of the demount tool and remove the tube before lifting the second bead.
Does a roofed outdoor bay qualify for the Daytona TC-806M?
No, a roofed outdoor bay does not meet the TC-806M's indoor installation and use requirement. The machine operates from 41 to 113 degrees F, and its work area must remain free of flammable gas.
Is the Daytona TC-806M the changer for passenger car wheels?
No. The TC-806M is a dedicated motorcycle tire machine; the TC-880 handles passenger car and light-truck tire service.
