Triumph NTC-650 Features
Robotic Assist Arm
The powered robotic assist arm is the standout feature of the NTC-650, doing the heavy lifting so you don't have to. When working with large truck and industrial tires that can weigh hundreds of pounds, this arm provides the leverage and force needed to mount and demount beads without straining your back or wearing out your technicians. The arm is controlled via the included wireless remote for precise positioning.
Heavy Duty Clamping System
The NTC-650 features a robust clamping system with a 14 to 26 inch clamping distance range. This wide range accommodates everything from medium truck wheels to large industrial and agricultural rims. The included clamp covers protect expensive wheels from scratches and damage during service.
Large Tire Capacity
With a maximum tire diameter of 63 inches and maximum wheel width of 30.5 inches, the NTC-650 handles the biggest tires found in commercial and industrial applications. Whether you're servicing over-the-road semi trucks or farm tractors, this machine has the capacity to get the job done.
Wireless Remote Control
The included wireless remote lets you control the tire changer from a comfortable position while working on the tire. This improves ergonomics and allows a single technician to efficiently manage the entire tire changing process without constantly walking back to the control panel.
Bead Press Clamp
The included bead press clamp helps seat stubborn beads on low profile and stiff sidewall tires. This accessory applies controlled pressure to push the bead down into the rim well, making it easier to work the tire onto the wheel without damaging the bead or rim.
120 PSI Air Capacity
The NTC-650 operates with a maximum air pressure of 120 PSI, providing plenty of power for seating beads on large truck and industrial tires. Note that this model does not include bead blast capability, so extremely stubborn beads may require additional techniques or tools.

Triumph NTC-650 Shipping and Delivery
LTL Freight Delivery
The Triumph NTC-650 ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48 foot semi truck. Tire equipment includes lift gate service, which means the driver will lower your tire changer to the ground at the back of the truck. Shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with carrier information and tracking number.
Delivery Appointment
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. The carrier will not deliver without an appointment, and since they don't know your schedule, this step is up to you. If you prefer, the equipment can be shipped to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
What the Driver Will and Won't Do
The truck driver will lower the tire changer to the ground using the lift gate. The driver does not move the equipment inside your shop or garage, and does not assemble the tire changer. The driver only drives the truck. Plan to have equipment and personnel ready to move the 1420 lb unit into your facility.
