Features

A mechanical lock at each post

The LFPP10 has four mechanical locking devices, one per post, each combining a primary lock with a secondary safety lock. Rest the runways on the locks before working on the vehicle.

Set the runways to the vehicle's track

The spacing between the 18.7 in wide runways adjusts for tire placement across the platform.

One release point for lowering

Once all four LFPP10 latches are lifted free of their column slots, hold its safety-release handle to keep them disengaged. Press the lowering handle on the power unit for descent; releasing the safety handle re-engages the latches.

A larger cylinder works through cables

The LFPP10 uses a 3.5 in cylinder and aircraft-quality lifting cables to raise its runways.

Lock ladders are adjusted during setup

Adjusting nuts on all four safety ladders levels the runways. The four locks are also set to engage and release at the same time.

Best For

Enthusiast collections
As a car storage lift for a home garage, the LFPP10 holds classic and modern vehicles on its matte powder-coated structure.
Commercial parking facilities
For a facility with changing vehicle sizes, the LFPP10's adjustable runway spacing lets staff set the tire tracks for each car, SUV, or truck parked on the platform.

Installation Requirements

Account for the upper vehicle

Slab strength and bolt setting

Installation requires level, crack-free, fully cured concrete at least 4 in (100 mm) thick with a minimum 3,000 psi test strength. Anchor bolts must be set at least 90 mm deep and torqued to 150 Nm.

Locate 120V service at a post

Any post can carry the 1.5 HP power unit. Provide 120V, 26 A, single-phase, 60 Hz power at the chosen position.

Choose the drive-on end

Select the entry direction during installation and leave approach space beyond the removable aluminum ramps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the Daytona LFPP10 be a 4-post car lift with jacks for brake and tire work?
Yes. Pair the LFPP10 with an optional RAJ5 to lift wheels off its runways for brake and tire work. Each 5,000 lb jack is sold on its own and takes 110 to 150 psi shop air; two jacks serve front-and-rear lifting. Before lifting with an RAJ5, lower the LFPP10 onto its runway locks. Do not operate the LFPP10's raising or lowering controls until the jacks are unloaded.
Can the Daytona LFPP10 be a 4-post car lift with casters?
The optional LFPP-WHL wheel kit, sold separately, makes the LFPP10 a movable 4-post lift for repositioning. Its four wheel assemblies fit at the post bases, one per post.
Do I need the LFPP10-XLT instead of the Daytona LFPP10 for a longer truck?
Choose the XLT if the truck needs its longer runways or the lower parking position needs more height. Both lifts carry 10,000 lb; the XLT has 196.9 in runways and 85.0 in beneath them, against the LFPP10's 181.89 in runways and 79.5 in lower space.
Will a 20 A circuit power the Daytona LFPP10?
No. The LFPP10 needs 120V power (sometimes called 110V), 26 A, single-phase, 60 Hz, so a 20 A circuit is insufficient. Check the available supply at the post selected for the power unit.
What maintenance checks matter on the Daytona LFPP10?
Have the installer check cable adjustment after the first 50 loaded lift cycles, then after 300. Inspect cables, sheaves, and latch operation daily; check anchor bolt torque weekly and runway level monthly. Clean the cables with penetrating oil each month. Check power-unit fluid and lubricate the front wheel stop and ramp hinge pins every six months.
