BendPak LR-60 6,000 lb Low-Rise Lift
The BendPak LR-60 is a 6,000 lb capacity low-rise lift built for fast brake jobs, tire rotations, and general maintenance. The 3.5" collapsed height slides under low-stance vehicles, while the 23" maximum lift height with multi-position safety locks gives you flexible working heights. Features a dropped crossbar for extra drive-over clearance, rubber lifting blocks, and a single-point safety release system. ALI certified with a 5-2-1 warranty.
Who It's For
- Quick Service Shops: Fast brake jobs, tire rotations, and wheel service without tying up a full-height lift. The 35-second rise time keeps vehicles moving through the bay.
- Home Garage Mechanics: DIY enthusiasts who need safe, stable lifting for maintenance tasks. The 110V power requirement works with standard household outlets.
- Dealership Service Departments: High-volume wheel and brake service on cars and light trucks. The low-rise design frees up full-height lifts for more complex work.
- Mobile Service Operations: The optional LR-60P portable version with UHMW rollers allows repositioning within the shop as needed.
- Space-Conscious Shops: No ceiling height requirements and minimal floor footprint compared to full-rise lifts.
Features
6,000 lb Capacity with Steel Channel Frame
6,000 lb total capacity with 3,000 lb maximum per axle. The heavy-duty steel channel frame provides stable, reliable lifting for cars and light trucks. Multi-position safety locks hold vehicles securely at your preferred working height.
Ultra-Low 3.5" Profile
3.5" collapsed height slides under most vehicles, including many sports cars and lowered vehicles. This is the lowest profile in the LR series, making it ideal for shops that service a wide range of vehicle types.
Dropped Crossbar Design
The dropped crossbar provides extra drive-over clearance for easier vehicle positioning. Combined with the 53" overall pad length, you get a wide, stable support area for many different vehicle wheelbases.
Rubber Lifting Blocks
Included solid rubber lifting blocks provide a stable, non-scratch surface that protects vehicle frames during lifting. The 18" x 52" lift pad dimensions offer generous contact area for secure positioning.
Single-Point Safety Release
The single-point safety release allows operators to lower the lift smoothly and safely. Multi-position locks hold the vehicle firmly at your chosen height during service.
110V Electric-Hydraulic Power
35 seconds to full rise using standard 110 VAC / 50-60 Hz / single-phase power. No special electrical requirements for most shops and home garages.

Questions About the LR-60?
Capacity requirements, vehicle compatibility, or help choosing between low-rise lift models.
FAQ
What is the maximum weight capacity?
6,000 lb total with 3,000 lb front and rear axle ratings. For heavier vehicles, consider the LR-10000 with 10,000 lb capacity.
What vehicles can this lift handle?
The LR-60 handles cars and light trucks up to 6,000 lb. This includes most sedans, coupes, small SUVs, and light-duty pickups. Extremely low-riding vehicles with ground clearance under 3.5" may be challenging.
How does this compare to the LR-60P and LR-10000?
The LR-60 has the lowest collapsed height at 3.5". The LR-60P adds portable UHMW rollers but sits at 4" collapsed. The LR-10000 offers 10,000 lb capacity at 4.5" collapsed height and requires 208-230V power. All three share the same 23" maximum lift height.
Can I store a vehicle long-term in the raised position?
Not recommended. Lower vehicles to the ground when not actively working to prevent unnecessary stress on the hydraulic system.
Can this lift be used outdoors?
The LR-60 is designed for indoor use but can be used outdoors on a level, solid surface. Protect it from the elements when not in use to prevent damage to electrical and hydraulic components.
What electrical power is required?
110 VAC / 50-60 Hz / single-phase. This is standard household power, making installation straightforward for most shops and home garages.
Is the LR-60 ALI certified?
Yes. The LR-60 is certified by the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) to meet industry safety and performance standards. Verify current status at autolift.org.
What maintenance does the LR-60 require?
Regular inspections of hydraulic systems and lubrication points. Check the owner's manual for your specific schedule, but monthly inspections of hydraulic components and lubrication are typical.
Do I need an air compressor?
No. The LR-60 uses electric-hydraulic power and does not require an air compressor. This is different from four-post lifts which typically need air for safety lock releases.
