Triumph TS-850 Features
3,500 lb Spreading Force
The TS-850 delivers serious spreading power to open tires wide for complete interior access. This level of force handles stiff sidewalls and tight beads with ease, giving you the working room needed to apply patches, inspect for damage, or remove debris. The pneumatic system maintains consistent pressure throughout the job.
Air Control Foot Pedals
Hands-free foot pedal operation lets you control the spreading action while keeping both hands available for repair work. This design improves productivity and safety since you can adjust the spread or release the tire without reaching for controls. The pneumatic pedals respond quickly and provide precise control.
Adjustable Work Light
The built-in adjustable light illuminates the tire interior so you can spot damage, embedded objects, and wear patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed. Position the light where you need it for each job. Good visibility is essential for thorough inspections and accurate patch placement.
Built-In Work Table
The integrated work table keeps patches, plugs, cement, and tools within easy reach while you work. Having supplies organized and accessible speeds up repairs and reduces the back-and-forth that slows down tire service. The table surface is sized for the essentials without taking up excess floor space.
Wide Tire Compatibility
The TS-850 handles tire widths from 4 to 15 inches, wheel sizes from 12 to 28 inches, and tire diameters up to 44 inches. This range covers most passenger cars and light trucks, making it a versatile addition to any tire service operation. The 80 lb weight capacity accommodates standard automotive tires.
Pneumatic Operation
Running on shop air at 100 PSI, the TS-850 integrates seamlessly into existing garage setups. Pneumatic power delivers smooth, reliable spreading force without the maintenance concerns of hydraulic systems. Simply connect to your air compressor and the spreader is ready to work.

Triumph TS-850 Shipping and Delivery
LTL Freight Delivery
Your Triumph TS-850 ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48 foot semi truck. Tire equipment ships with lift gate service included, meaning the driver will lower your equipment to the ground at the back of the truck. Transit time typically ranges from 3 to 14 days depending on your location. When your order ships, you will receive an email with carrier information and tracking number.
Delivery Appointment
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. We provide the carrier contact information, but since we do not know your schedule, you will need to arrange a time that works for you. If you prefer, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Unloading Requirements
The truck driver does not move equipment inside your shop or garage, and does not assemble the equipment. The driver's responsibility is limited to lowering the tire spreader to the ground via lift gate. You will need to move the unit into your facility and complete any assembly yourself or arrange for assistance.
Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not include delivery to government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Contact us if your delivery address falls into one of these categories to discuss shipping options and any additional charges.
