LTL Freight Delivery
Your Triumph NTO-20S ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck. Shipping is free to the lower 48 United States. Transit time typically ranges from 3 to 14 days depending on your location. Once your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and lift gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You cannot unload an auto lift by hand. You must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of the lift. Acceptable equipment includes a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If you cannot unload from a truck at your location, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Delivery Scheduling
You are responsible for contacting the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. We cannot schedule this for you since we do not know your availability. The carrier will have contact information included with your shipment tracking details.
Shipping Exclusions
