Triumph NTO-15 Shipping and Delivery
LTL Freight Delivery
Your Triumph NTO-15 ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck. Once your order ships, we'll email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and liftgate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You cannot unload an auto lift by hand. You must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of the lift, such as a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If you cannot unload from a truck at your location, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Delivery Appointment
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. We don't know your schedule, so we can't do this for you. The carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Free Shipping and Exclusions
Free shipping is included to the lower 48 United States. Free shipping does not include delivery to government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.
