Floorplate at 11,000 lb

Most bays give up truck capacity the day they give up the overhead beam. This one keeps it: the equalization cables cross at the floor beneath the plate, so an 11,000 lb two post car lift fits under a ceiling that a clearfloor model never will. The height that matters becomes your tallest vehicle's roof at full rise, and door swing clears because nothing sits above the columns.

Twin Hydraulic Chain-Drive Cylinders

Each column runs its own chain-drive cylinder, with the floor-level cables holding both carriages level. Park a pickup with the engine well forward of center and the sides still track together; you are not relying on one cylinder dragging the other column along.

Mechanical Locks at Twelve Heights

The locks are the working position, not a backup. Raise the vehicle, lower onto the nearest position, and steel carries the load while you work. Twelve stops up the column put brake jobs, wheels-off work, and standing underbody access each at their own height instead of the nearest compromise.

Arms That Cover Compacts Through Full-Size Pickups

Symmetric arms with screw-up adapters reach frame pickup points on a commuter car and a loaded full-size truck without repositioning anything between them. Fronts sweep 29.5 to 46 inches, rears 35.4 to 58.2, and that spread is what lets one bay carry mixed work all day.

3.9 Inch Minimum Pad Height

Pads drop to 3.9 inches, low enough to reach the pickup points on sedans and crossovers that sit close to the ground. On a car lift for a garage that also sees trucks, that low reach is what keeps the bay usable for everything else that rolls in.

Installation Requirements

Check Your Concrete First

5.9 inches (150 mm) minimum at 3,000 PSI, each post anchored with five supplied concrete anchors. Anchored two-post lifts live by their concrete: confirm your slab against these numbers before ordering.

Space and Ceiling

Columns stand 110.9 inches tall; the assembled lift spans 140.4 inches overall with 98.4 inches of drive-thru clearance. Plan ceiling height around your tallest vehicle's roof at the full 70.8 inch rise.

Unloading

Ships freight at 1,257 lb and needs a forklift; the driver won't unload it and a liftgate can't. Have machinery ready, or choose terminal pickup at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the Katool KT-H115Z need from my slab?
The researched requirement is: 5.9 in (150 mm) minimum, 3,000 PSI; anchor each post with five supplied concrete anchors. Anchored two-posts live by their concrete, so we confirm your slab against the manual before ordering.
Why choose a floorplate lift at 11,000 lb?
Because the ceiling won't take a clearfloor. The floorplate carries the equalization at ground level, so bays that can't clear a top bar still get truck-capable lifting. The tradeoff is the plate between the posts under rolling equipment.
Will it fit my bay?
Just over nine feet of ceiling covers the columns; past that the limit is your tallest vehicle's roof at full rise. Width-wise the lift needs 140.4 inches. Measure before ordering, and send us your numbers if anything is close.
What's the lowest vehicle it can pick up?
Pads drop to a 3.9 inch minimum, reaching pickup points on vehicles with low ground clearance.
