Features
±1g Precision with Adjustable Display
Rated precision is ±1g, and the display can show residual imbalance under 5g when you want to chase the last few grams. The minimum displayed value sets to 5g, 10g, or 15g, so daily work is not cluttered with readings you would not act on.
Five Balance Modes
Dynamic for clip weights on both sides, static for single-plane jobs, ALU1 for rim shoulder clips, ALU2 for hidden interior weights, ALU3 for combination placement. Factory alloys get balanced the way their weight style demands, not the way the machine prefers.
7 Second Cycle at 180 RPM
Spin, measure, stop in 7 seconds, with LED position indicators marking where the weight goes. The cycle is short enough that the balancer is never the bottleneck in a four-wheel job.
Auto-Start and Electronic Brake
Lowering the wheel guard starts the measurement; there is no pedal or button press. After the spin, the electronic brake stops the wheel and holds it at the placement position while you apply the weight.
Optimized Match Balancing
When one side reads over 30g, the optimization function computes the tire-to-rim rotation that minimizes total imbalance. Less lead on the wheel and a better ride from the same rubber.
Self-Calibration Every 6 Months
Calibration is user-run: mount a 13 to 15 in wheel, add the 100g test weight at the 12 o'clock position, run the routine. Recommended every 6 months or whenever readings drift, with no service call involved.

Installation Requirements
Floor and Space
A level, solid floor is required for accurate readings. Allow clearance around the machine for wheel mounting and operator access, keep the area clean and dry, and light it well (minimum 300 lux recommended).
Electrical
110V / 60Hz single-phase with fuse protection, a circuit breaker, and a proper ground. A voltage stabilizer is recommended if your supply is inconsistent. No compressed air is needed.
Before First Use
Install the protective hood, clean the main shaft and cone contact surfaces with alcohol, verify the display powers on, and run the self-calibration procedure before balancing customer wheels.

What rim sizes can the FWB-70B handle?
Up to 24 in diameter and 3 to 12 in width, with a maximum wheel weight of 143 lb. That covers most passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
What are the different balance modes for?
Dynamic uses clip-on weights on both sides; static is single-plane balancing when weight can only go one place; ALU1 puts clip weights on alloy rim shoulders; ALU2 hides adhesive weights inside; ALU3 combines inside and outside placement for alloy wheels.
How does auto-start work?
Lower the wheel guard and the measurement cycle starts automatically, no button press. The electronic brake then stops and holds the wheel at the weight placement position.
What is optimized match balancing?
A function that calculates the best tire-to-rim rotational position to minimize total imbalance. It is worth running when one side shows 30g or more; it reduces the weight needed and improves balance quality.
How do I calibrate it?
Mount a 13 to 15 in wheel, enter the rim parameters, hold the calibration keys, add a 100g weight at the 12 o'clock position, and run the calibration spin. Recommended every 6 months or when accuracy drifts.
What maintenance does it need?
Keep the shaft, cones, and flanges clean and store the cones away from dust. Calibrate every 6 months. Check bearings annually if the machine runs more than 2 hours a day, and lubricate only if bearing noise develops.

All the details are at the bottom of our site under Shipping & Return Policy. You'll find everything about returns, freight damage, and any brand-specific rules.
Most larger items like car lifts and heavy equipment ship free, but depending on the brand there might be freight costs. Smaller items almost always have shipping fees via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We'll show you any extra costs before you check out.
Shipping estimates are just that: estimates, and they're not guaranteed. Weather, freight delays, and carrier issues can throw things off, especially with bigger items. If you're on a tight timeline for installation, it's smart to give yourself some wiggle room.
