Who It's For

Truck Service Centers

Built for commercial truck tires. The 441 lb capacity and included tire lift cart handle medium and heavy-duty truck wheels safely. Dual shaft speed automatically adjusts for truck vs passenger applications.

Fleet Maintenance Operations

Balance everything from delivery vans to class 6/7 trucks on one machine. The pneumatic lift cart keeps technicians from manually handling 200+ lb assemblies. Five balance modes cover steel steer wheels and alloy hub-piloted applications.

Full-Service Tire Shops

One balancer for passenger cars through medium trucks. Car mode runs at 180 RPM for quick cycles. Truck mode drops to 90 RPM for the heavier assemblies. No separate machines needed.

Features

441 lb Wheel Capacity

Handles wheels up to 200kg (441 lbs), 28" rim diameter, 47" overall diameter, and 20" width. Covers passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, and medium-duty commercial trucks on one machine.

Pneumatic Tire Lift Cart

Included wheel lifter handles tires over 15kg (33 lbs) safely. Pneumatic operation lifts wheel to shaft height. Adjustable positioning aligns center hole with balancer shaft. Requires shop air at 0.5-0.8 MPa (73-116 PSI).

Dual Shaft Speed

180 RPM for passenger car wheels. 90 RPM for truck wheels. Lower speed on heavy assemblies reduces stress on bearings and improves measurement accuracy. Select car or truck mode with one button.

5 Balance Modes

Dynamic: Clip weights both sides. Static: Single-plane balance. ALU1: Clip on rim shoulders. ALU2: Hidden adhesive inside. ALU3: Combination placement. Covers steel and alloy wheels.

Self-Calibration and Diagnostics

User-performed calibration with 200g test weight maintains accuracy. Built-in error codes (Err 1-7) identify sensor, power, and calibration issues. Stored parameter adjustment for fine-tuning.

Low Noise Operation

Under 69dB during operation. Vibration-damping design and premium motor reduce shop noise. High-precision bearings on main shaft for smooth, quiet spin cycles.

FAQs

What's the difference between this and the FWB-70B?

The FWB-5733 is built for truck tires. 441 lb wheel capacity vs 143 lb. 28" max rim vs 26". Includes pneumatic tire lift cart. Dual shaft speeds (90/180 RPM). Requires 220V and shop air. The FWB-70B is lighter duty for passenger vehicles only, runs on 110V, no air required.

What size trucks can it handle?

Wheels up to 441 lbs, 28" rim, 47" diameter, 20" width. Covers delivery vans, box trucks, buses, and medium-duty commercial trucks. Not rated for Class 8 over-the-road truck tires.

Why two shaft speeds?

Heavy truck wheels need slower rotation for accurate measurement and reduced bearing stress. 90 RPM for truck mode, 180 RPM for car mode. Select with the car/truck mode button.

What air pressure does the lift cart need?

0.5-0.8 MPa (73-116 PSI) working pressure. Requires 5μm filtered air supply. Medium flux over 0.15 m³/min. Connect with 8mm (inside diameter) hose to quick union on lift cart.

Does it need to be bolted down?

Yes. Anchor bolt mounting at 3 points is mandatory, especially for wheels over 35kg (77 lbs). Without anchoring, vibration affects accuracy.

How do I calibrate it?

Mount a balanced wheel. Press calibration button combination until display shows "CAL-CAL." Run spin cycle. Add 200g test weight at any outside position. Run again. Display shows "End-CAL" when complete. Recommended every 6 months.

What's ±10g precision mean for trucks?

Truck tires are heavier and tolerances are wider than passenger applications. ±10g is appropriate for commercial truck balancing. The system displays values under 5g when high-precision mode is selected.

Can it balance passenger car wheels too?

Yes. Select car mode for 180 RPM shaft speed. Works for all standard passenger car, SUV, and light truck wheels. The lift cart is optional for lighter wheels under 33 lbs.
