Features

Integrated Center Column

The hook head and pressing roller ride the same column and move together on a single plane. Demount to mount happens without switching tools or repositioning between cycles, which is where separate-tool machines lose time.

Hydraulic Instead of Pneumatic Control

Full hydraulic operation holds the hook head steady, without the rebound of a pneumatic cylinder. Fine position adjustments happen under precise control, which is what keeps steel off expensive rims.

Real-Time Rim Clearance Adjustment

A hand control valve adjusts the hook head's distance from the rim while you work, so the head never has to contact the wheel. This is the feature run-flat and low-profile work is bought for.

6,614 lb Hand-Controlled Bead Breaker

The bead breaker delivers 6,614 lb of force at 10 bar, with hand-controlled positioning that puts the blade exactly where you want it. A bead breaker pad protects the rim through the stroke, and the force is enough for seized beads on run-flats.

Helper Arm and Pedal Tire Lifter

The left helper arm presses the bead into the drop center during mounting, and a pedal-controlled lifter raises wheels onto the center axle. On the big end of the 10-28 in range, not muscling wheels up by hand matters over a shift.

Auto-Off Electronic Control

The control system stops the machine when operation pauses and restarts when you resume. Less idle wear, lower power draw, and nothing running while you reach for a tool.

Best For & Vehicle Compatibility

Fit depends on your vehicles and your shop. Contact us with the year, make, and model, or your shop details, and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

Performance and Luxury Tire Shops
The leverless design and hydraulic control exist to keep tools off expensive alloy wheels, with the hook head holding an exact clearance from the rim edge. Run-flat and low-profile tires are the design target, not an edge case.
High-Volume Tire Service
With the hook head and pressing roller moving together on one plane, there is no tool switching or repositioning between demount and mount. The helper arm and tire lifter carry the physical workload across a full day of cycles.
Multi-Service Shops
The 10-28 in rim range spans motorcycles, passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs on one machine, and 6,614 lb of bead breaker force covers the seized-bead jobs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size tires can the FTC-T2 handle?
10-28 in rims with tires up to 47 in diameter and 16 in width. That spans motorcycles, passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs.
Is it good for run-flat and low-profile tires?
Yes, that is what it is designed for. The leverless design and hydraulic control let you adjust hook head clearance from the rim in real time, so the head never contacts the wheel.
What makes it different from pneumatic tire changers?
Hydraulic control is more stable and precise. The hook head holds steady during operation with no rebound, so fine adjustments happen without damaging rims or tires.
What electrical service do I need?
220V / 60 Hz single phase with a 25A circuit breaker, fuse, and proper grounding. A professional electrician is required for installation.
What air pressure does it require?
116-145 PSI (8-10 bar) shop air. Maximum tire inflation pressure through the machine is 50 PSI (3.5 bar).
What maintenance does it require?
Clean the center axle with diesel oil and lubricate the clamp rail regularly, keep the oil drier topped up with ISO VG32 oil, tighten the center axle screws after 3 hours of continuous use, and coat the column rail with lubricant every two months.
