Features

20.0 in lock for fleet vehicles

The RAJ12's scissor mechanism raises heavy fleet vehicles evenly; its mechanical safety lock engages at 20.0 in working height for service while the vehicle remains on the LFPA24.

Base width adjusts for the LFPA24

For placement on the LFPA24 jack rails, the RAJ12 frame can be set between 40.6 and 45.3 in wide.

A flush platform position

Before use, the RAJ12 rests flush with the Daytona platform it accompanies, leaving the bridge jack out of the vehicle's path onto the lift.

Keep the platform locked during jack work

Engage the LFPA24 runway locks before the RAJ12 carries a vehicle. Leave the lift at that height until the jack is unloaded.

Best For

Service within an alignment bay
A bay with the LFPA24 4-post alignment lift can use this jack for wheel-free service without transferring the vehicle to another lift.

Frequently Asked Questions

Could the Daytona RAJ12 replace an RAJ8 on a smaller alignment lift?
It may not fit the LFPA12 or LFPA14 because of rail spacing. Those lifts pair with the RAJ8; the RAJ12 is designed for the LFPA24. For another brand's lift, compare its rails with the RAJ12 blueprint before deciding on fit.
Is the Daytona RAJ12 rated at 24,000 lb like its lift?
No. The jack's own lifting limit is 12,000 lb even though the LFPA24 four-post lift is rated for 24,000 lb. Weight borne by the jack must stay within the jack's rating.
Is a Daytona RAJ12 included with the LFPA24?
No. Rolling jacks are sold separately from the LFPA24, and each RAJ12 is sold individually. A front-and-rear arrangement calls for two jacks when both positions need wheel-free access.
How should the Daytona RAJ12 be parked before loading a vehicle?
Set the RAJ12 down to its lowest position for the next drive-on. If the bay has a rear jack, roll that bridge inward toward the LFPA24 midpoint to make room beneath the arriving vehicle.
Who may use the Daytona RAJ12 in an LFPA24 bay?
Only authorized operators trained on both the LFPA24 and RAJ12 may use this setup. The jack box contains safety, operation and maintenance instructions; untrained personnel must not operate the lift or jack.
