Features

Clearance for a taller lower vehicle

The 6.5 to 85.0 in under-runway range lets the XLT open a lower parking position for a taller vehicle at full rise.

Long runways for long-wheelbase vehicles

At 196.9 in long, the runways give long-wheelbase trucks and SUVs an extended drive-on platform within the XLT's 10,000 lb rating.

Four posts carry dual mechanical locks

The raised XLT platform rests on four mechanical locking devices. Each houses both a primary and a secondary safety lock.

Release the locks from one point

The single-point manual safety release operates the four locking devices without a separate release at each post.

Set runway gap for tire placement

The 18.6 in driving surfaces can be moved closer together or farther apart to place tires on the runways.

Aircraft-quality cables raise the runways

The XLT pairs aircraft-quality lifting cables with a 3.5 in cylinder to raise its long runways.

Best For

Enthusiast vehicle storage
A matte powder coat protects the XLT frame while classic cars and modern SUVs are stored on its runways.
Commercial parking and detailing
A commercial parking or detailing facility can stack vehicles with the XLT to increase parking density in an existing bay.

Installation Requirements

Indoor ceiling for stacked vehicles

An indoor bay is required for the XLT's installation and use, and its ceiling must clear the upper vehicle above the raised runways. Add full-rise under-runway clearance, runway depth and upper vehicle height; measure below door tracks, lighting and other overhead obstructions.

Base plates and approach space

The lift spans 122.0 in at its base plates. Allow room for the full width at the power unit and for a vehicle to line up with the removable aluminum ramps.

Choose a pump post

The 1.5 HP pump can be mounted on any of the four posts. Choose its position during layout.

Daytona 5 2 1 Limited Warranty

Coverage starts on the date of the purchase invoice: 5 years on structural components, 2 years on power units, cylinders, and seal kits, and 1 year on all other defective parts. Daytona replaces parts that prove defective on inspection and pays the freight on covered replacement parts shipped within the continental US.

Coverage applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Equipment must be installed and used indoors and maintained as its manual directs. Wear parts such as cables, hoses, slider blocks, chains, and rubber pads are excluded, as are labor, service calls, normal maintenance, cosmetic blemishes, and damage from improper installation, overloading, or modification.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a 20 A garage circuit supply the Daytona LFPP10-XLT?
No. The XLT requires 120V, 26 A, single-phase, 60 Hz power, more than a 15 or 20 A circuit provides. Confirm that supply at the post selected for its power unit.
Can a rolling jack be used with the Daytona LFPP10-XLT?
Yes. An RAJ5 rolling jack can provide wheel-free access on the XLT. It is a 5,000 lb air-powered accessory requiring 110 to 150 psi. Engage the XLT runway locks before it carries vehicle weight. Leave the XLT at its locked height until the jack is unloaded; its runways must not be raised or lowered with a vehicle on the jack.
Can the Daytona LFPP10-XLT be moved with a wheel kit?
Yes. The optional LFPP-WHL kit, sold separately, makes the LFPP10-XLT a 4-post car lift with casters for repositioning. The kit contains four wheels; it is an accessory rather than part of the standard lift.
What comes with the Daytona LFPP10-XLT for parking use?
The XLT includes removable aluminum approach ramps, a steel tool tray, and a set of three plastic drip trays. Rolling jacks and the LFPP-WHL wheel kit are separate accessories.
How does the Daytona LFPP10-XLT differ from the LFPP10?
Both carry 10,000 lb and span 122.0 in at their base plates. The XLT offers 85.0 in beneath its runways versus 79.5 in on the LFPP10, and its runways extend 196.9 in versus 181.89 in. The XLT also has taller posts and needs more bay length.
