Triumph NTR-32 WITH 2 X RJ-15 Combo

The NTR-32 lifts up to 32,000 lb with 8,000 lb capacity per corner, covering commercial trucks, school buses, fire trucks, dump trucks, cement mixers, transit vehicles, motorhomes, and other oversized fleet vehicles. The 295.2 in runways accommodate extended-wheelbase and dual-rear-wheel configurations, and the adjustable runway width (48.75 to 52.7 in between runways) fits a wide range of vehicle track widths.

Two jacks let you lift both axles independently without repositioning a single jack between ends of the vehicle. Each RJ-15000 handles 15,000 lb, giving you 30,000 lb of combined rolling jack capacity. On long commercial vehicles, dual jacks also let two techs work the front and rear simultaneously, cutting service time on brake, suspension, and drivetrain jobs.

You need a minimum of 4 to 4.25 in of solid, reinforced concrete with at least 3,000 PSI compressive strength. Anchor bolts embed 3.25 in deep and must be at least 6 in from slab edges, expansion seams, or control joints, with 6.5 in spacing between anchors. New concrete requires 28 days of curing before the lift operates under load. A professional concrete assessment is recommended.

A dedicated 220V single-phase circuit installed by a licensed electrician. This is standard in most commercial facilities and doesn't require a three-phase upgrade. A code-required disconnect switch must be installed within sight of the lift, and all connections must be properly grounded. Check local permit requirements before installation.

Plan for at least 10 ft of ceiling height, with 12 ft or more recommended for comfortable workspace. The lift footprint is 168.7 in wide by 305.5 in long without ramps (344.6 in with ramps). Keep 3 to 4 ft of clearance on each side for technician access, emergency exit, and room to maneuver the rolling jacks between the runways.

The combo ships via LTL freight with a combined weight exceeding 10,300 lb. The NTR-32 ships on a 48-foot semi-truck. Transit takes 3 to 14 days. You'll need a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or similar heavy machinery to unload. Liftgate service is not available for automotive lifts. Terminal pickup can be arranged if you lack on-site equipment.

Yes. The NTR-32 functions as a complete four-post lift on its own for drive-on service, inspections, and any work that doesn't require wheel removal. The RJ-15000 jacks add wheels-free capability for brake, suspension, and axle work. When not in use, the jacks lower to 15.3 in and roll out of the way for compact storage.

Each RJ-15000 adjusts from 42.6 to 68.7 in between lifting pads, covering narrow axles through the widest commercial truck configurations. The jacks are compatible with runway widths from 48.7 to 55 in. Two sets of height adapters (5 in and 6.75 in) provide additional positioning flexibility for different suspension geometries and axle heights.

Both the NTR-32 and the RJ-15000 jacks carry a 1-year parts warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Parts and ground shipping are free. Rubber lifting pads are excluded. Hydraulic cylinders have a 30-day full replacement window, after which seal kits are available at cost. Labor is not covered under the warranty.
