Triumph NTR-32 32,000 lb Four-Post Lift for Commercial Trucks, Buses, and Heavy Fleet Vehicles
The Triumph NTR-32 four-post lift delivers industrial-strength lifting capacity for fleet service centers, commercial operations, and heavy-duty automotive work. With a 32,000 lb capacity, this lift handles everything from commercial trucks and school buses to oversized vehicles that standard equipment can't manage. The robust steel frame design, nine lock positions, and 220V single-phase power system ensure stable, reliable performance under demanding loads. Includes a 1-year parts warranty with comprehensive technical support.
Triumph NTR-32: Who It's For
- Fleet Service Centers: Designed for shops managing commercial truck fleets, shuttle services, and transportation companies that need a lift capable of handling multiple vehicles of varying sizes and weights.
- Commercial Truck Dealers: Dealerships selling and servicing heavy commercial trucks require the capacity and stability of the NTR-32 for pre-delivery inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Municipal and Government Operations: Public works departments, transit agencies, and government fleet maintenance facilities need reliable equipment for school buses, public transportation vehicles, and service trucks.
- Heavy Equipment Service Shops: Shops specializing in dump trucks, cement mixers, fire trucks, and other specialized commercial vehicles benefit from the extra capacity and runway length.
- RV and Specialty Vehicle Dealers: Dealers handling recreational vehicles, motorhomes, and custom-built oversized vehicles need the adjustable runways and height capability of a four-post design.
Triumph NTR-32 Features
Heavy-Duty 32,000 lb Capacity
The NTR-32 is purpose-built for commercial trucks, buses, and oversized fleet vehicles. This exceptional capacity allows service shops to work on vehicles that smaller lifts simply cannot accommodate. Whether you're servicing a fully loaded cement mixer or a multi-axle commercial truck, the NTR-32 delivers the stability and strength needed for safe, secure lifting on all four wheels.
Nine Lock Positions for Flexible Work Heights
Multiple lock positions (9 total) give technicians the ability to position vehicles at the exact height needed for different repair tasks, from general maintenance work to full undercarriage service. This flexibility reduces the need for supplemental jacks and keeps the vehicle stable at any working height.
Extended Runway Length (295.2 in)
The 295.2-inch runway accommodates longer vehicles including extended-wheelbase trucks, dual-rear-wheel configurations, and vehicles with extended chassis. Approach ramps bring the total length to 344.6 in, allowing safe drive-on capability even for vehicles with steep approach angles or low ground clearance.
Adjustable Runway Width (48.75 to 52.7 in Between Runways)
Adjustable position runways ensure proper wheel placement and grip on vehicles of different widths. From single-axle vehicles to dual-axle trucks, the adjustable width ensures all four wheels are supported securely on the lift arms, distributing load evenly for maximum stability and safety.
Maximum Lift Height of 70.8 in
The generous 70.8-inch maximum lifting height provides ample clearance under the vehicle for technicians to work comfortably. This height is sufficient for brake system service, component replacement, and undercarriage inspection without requiring supplemental supports or jacks.
220V Single-Phase Power System
The single-phase 220V electrical requirement is standard for most commercial facilities and easier to install than three-phase power. The system delivers smooth, consistent hydraulic power for reliable lifting and lowering cycles, even under heavy loads.

Cylinders have a 30-day full replacement warranty, and seal kits are available after 30 days. Contact us to start the warranty process, and we'll troubleshoot and ship parts as needed.
What is the difference between the NTR-32 and smaller four-post lifts like the NTR-24?
The NTR-32 offers an additional 8,000 lb of capacity (32,000 lb vs. 24,000 lb), a wider footprint (168.7 in vs. 150.1 in), and a longer runway (295.2 in vs. approximately 290 in). The NTR-32 is specifically designed for the heaviest commercial vehicles, while the NTR-24 suits lighter commercial and fleet applications. The extra capacity and size make the NTR-32 ideal for multi-axle trucks and oversized vehicles.
Are rolling bridge jacks included with the NTR-32?
No. Rolling bridge jacks like the RJ-5000, RJ-9000, and RJ-15000 are optional accessories sold separately. However, they are highly recommended as they allow you to lift individual wheels or axles for brake service, suspension work, and detailed undercarriage maintenance while the vehicle remains on the main lift.
