LTL Freight Delivery

Unloading and Equipment Requirements

You will need a forklift or similar material handling equipment to unload both the NTR-16 lift and the rolling jacks at your location. The truck driver cannot assist with hand unloading due to liability and scheduling constraints. If you don't have access to a forklift, you can arrange delivery to a nearby freight terminal (typically within 30-60 minutes of your location) where the terminal will unload using their equipment.

Warehouse Pickup Option

Free warehouse pickup is available at select locations including Columbus, OH; Fort Worth, TX; and North Las Vegas, NV. Pickup eliminates shipping costs and can be arranged after your order is placed. Additional freight fees of $200 apply for delivery to Northern California, South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.

Residential and Commercial Delivery

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses nationwide. Liftgate service is included at no additional charge, which lowers the freight to street level, though forklift unloading is still required to position the equipment in your garage or shop.
