The Triumph NTR-16 four-post lift handles all of it with 16,000 lb of capacity and a platform stable enough to double as vehicle storage between jobs. Drive it on, lock it down, get underneath.
Twelve lock positions give your techs height control that matches the task, not just "all the way up or all the way down." The 74.4-inch max lift height clears plenty of room for brake, suspension, exhaust, and drivetrain work. And at only 7.5 inches of drive-on height, even lowered cars and sport trucks roll up without scraping the front end on the approach.
Runways measure 224.5 inches and extend to 273.9 inches with the included approach ramps, so long-wheelbase crew cabs and extended vans sit with room to spare. The adjustable runway width (42.5 to 46.4 inches) accommodates everything from compact trucks to full-size SUVs. Power comes from a 220V single-phase circuit, which is standard in most commercial bays and cheaper to wire than three-phase.

Concrete Requirements
Your floor needs a minimum of 4 to 4.25 inches of solid, reinforced concrete rated at 3,000 PSI or higher. The slab must be level and free of cracks. Anchor bolts require 3.25 inches of embedment depth, and all anchoring points must sit at least 6 inches from slab edges, expansion seams, or control joints. New concrete needs a full 28-day cure before you operate under load. Do not install on asphalt or hand-mixed concrete.
Electrical Requirements
The NTR-16 runs on a 220V single-phase dedicated circuit. A licensed electrician must handle the wiring and install a disconnect switch within sight of the lift, per code. All connections must be properly grounded. Check with your local building authority on permits and inspections before scheduling the install.
Space and Ceiling
Plan for a minimum ceiling height of 10 feet, though 12 feet or higher gives your techs much better working clearance. The lift footprint measures 161 inches wide by 235 inches long without ramps. Allow 3 to 4 feet of clearance on each side for workspace access, and make sure the approach path is level with at least 7.5 inches of clearance to the runway front edge.

You're responsible for unloading. At 3,112 lb, you'll need heavy machinery on-site: a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. The driver does not provide unloading service. If you don't have unloading equipment, we can route the shipment to the carrier's nearest terminal for pickup with your own trailer.
Free shipping excludes government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, and Hawaii. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or special routing. Warranty

Rubber lifting pads are excluded from warranty coverage. Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full replacement warranty. After 30 days, seal kits are available at cost for maintenance.
