Triumph NTO-9AE Shipping and Delivery
LTL Freight Delivery
Your Triumph NTO-9AE ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck. Free shipping is included to the lower 48 United States. Once your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and liftgate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You cannot unload an auto lift by hand. You must have machinery capable of lifting the full 1,407 lb shipping weight. Acceptable unloading equipment includes a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe.
Terminal Pickup Option
If you cannot unload from a truck at your location, we can ship to our carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van. You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment, as we cannot schedule this for you.
