The Triumph NTO-20S is a 20,000 lb two post lift for the vehicles that make a 10,000 lb lift look small: loaded box trucks, dually service bodies, Class B and C motorhomes, municipal equipment. Direct drive cylinders act on the carriages without cables or chains in the lifting path, and a full rise takes 40 seconds behind a 3 HP, 220V power unit.
The overhead beam sits at 170.5 in and keeps the floor between the columns completely clear, with 113 in of drive-thru width and 124 in between posts for wide commercial bodies and mirrors. Lifting height is 74 in from a 6 in lowered position, and truck adapters ship with the lift.

Direct Drive Cylinders

Installation Requirements
Concrete First
Minimum 6 in slab of 4,000 PSI concrete, fully cured and free of cracks at the anchor locations. This is not a lift to anchor into a thin or questionable floor.
Electrical
220V single-phase service on a dedicated circuit, with connections made by a licensed electrician.
Ceiling and Footprint
The overhead beam tops out at 170.5 in, and overall width is 155 in on 21 x 20 in base plates. Leave working room around the columns for technician access.
Unloading and Install
The freight driver does not unload, and liftgate service is not available for auto lifts; a forklift, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe rated for the lift's full weight is required at delivery. Professional installation is recommended for proper anchoring and alignment.
