Triumph NTO-11A Shipping and Delivery
LTL Freight Delivery
Your Triumph NTO-11A ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48 foot semi truck. Once your lift ships, you will receive an email with carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload it for you, and lift gate service is not available for auto lifts. You cannot unload this lift by hand. You must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of the lift, such as a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If you cannot unload from a truck at your location, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Delivery Appointment
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. We cannot do this for you since we do not know your schedule. Contact the carrier using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email to arrange a convenient delivery time.
