Overhead Design Keeps the Floor Clear

With the crossmember at the top, there is no floor plate between the posts. Tool carts, transmission jacks, and oil drains roll straight under the raised vehicle, and nobody trips over a hump moving around the bay all day.

Electric Safety Cutoff

An overhead mounted switch automatically stops the lift if a vehicle rises too far, preventing contact between the roof and the beam. On a lift that regularly carries tall trucks and vans, that is the difference between a nonevent and bodywork.

Direct Drive Cylinders

Hydraulic cylinders act directly on the carriages, eliminating the drive chains found on some designs. Fewer wear components in the lifting path means less maintenance over the lift's service life and smooth, consistent travel through the full 72 in stroke.

Aircraft Grade Synchronization Cables

3/8 in aircraft size cables tie both carriages together so the two sides rise and fall at the same rate. The vehicle stays level through the whole cycle instead of loading one post harder than the other.

Single Point Lock Release

Safety locks engage automatically on the way up, hands-free. When it is time to come down, one release point disengages both sides, which matters when you are cycling vehicles through the bay all day.

Truck Adapters in the Crate

Large machined truck adapters are included for properly supporting frame rails on pickups and body-on-frame SUVs. Standard pads handle unibody cars, so the one lift covers the whole mixed workload without add-on purchases.

Installation Requirements

Concrete

Minimum 4 in slab at 3,000 PSI, level and properly cured, with each post anchored through an 18 x 20 in base plate. If your existing floor does not meet spec, address the concrete before the lift arrives.

Electrical

The 3 HP power unit runs on 220V single phase. A dedicated circuit is recommended; have a licensed electrician confirm service and install the outlet.

Ceiling and Footprint

The lift stands 145 in overall and spans 145 in wide, so plan for the structure plus the height of your tallest vehicle raised. Leave working space around the posts for vehicle access and technician movement.

Professional Installation Recommended

Proper anchoring, electrical connection, and safety system calibration are worth doing right the first time. Check local building codes and permit requirements before scheduling the install.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight shipping within the lower 48 states; the delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout.

You are responsible for unloading. Lifts and large machines require a forklift, tractor, or other heavy machinery; liftgate service is not available for them and the driver does not assist. If unloading isn't possible at your location, choose a warehouse pickup option where offered.

Inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading. Note visible freight damage or shortages on the delivery receipt at delivery, and report a missing power unit or motor at delivery. Other missing or incorrect equipment must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty

Triumph equipment is covered by the manufacturer's 1 year parts warranty; labor is not covered. Support is handled by phone: we troubleshoot the issue with you, then ship the needed replacement part at no cost, with ground shipping on warranty parts covered by Garage Supply Guys.

Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30 day full warranty; after 30 days, a seal kit and instructions are provided. Rubber lifting pads are wear items and are not covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What vehicles can the NTO-11A lift?
The 11,000 lb capacity handles most passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, and light duty pickups, and the included machined truck adapters support frame rail vehicles like full-size trucks. The 108 in drive-thru width takes most standard width vehicles.
How much ceiling height do I need?
The lift itself stands 145 in, roughly 12 feet. Plan for the structure plus the height of your tallest vehicle when raised; for most installations that means 12 to 13 feet of clear ceiling.
What are the concrete requirements?
A minimum 4 in thick slab at 3,000 PSI, properly cured, with each post anchoring through an 18 x 20 in base plate. If your floor falls short, pour or reinforce before installation.
What electrical service does it need?
220V single phase for the 3 HP power unit, with a dedicated circuit recommended. Have a licensed electrician verify your service and install the outlet.
How do I unload the lift when it arrives?
Unloading is your responsibility and lift gate service is not available for auto lifts. You need machinery rated for the full crate weight, such as a forklift, tractor with forks, bobcat, tow truck, or backhoe; terminal pickup with a trailer is the alternative if your site cannot take a semi.
What comes in the crate?
The complete two post structure with overhead beam, 3 HP hydraulic power unit, machined truck adapters, standard lift arm pads, 3/8 in synchronization cables, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Concrete anchors and the electrical connection are sourced locally.
