Triumph NTO-10A Shipping and Delivery
LTL Freight Delivery
Your Triumph NTO-10A ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck. Once your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and lift gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You will need machinery capable of lifting the full weight of the lift, such as a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If you cannot unload from a truck, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Delivery Appointment
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. We do not know your schedule, so this coordination is up to you. The carrier information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping to the lower 48 United States does not include delivery to government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Contact us for a shipping quote if your delivery falls into one of these categories.
