Features
Dual Pneumatic Assist Arms
Two pneumatic arms hold the tire bead in place during mounting and demounting, so stiff sidewalls, run-flats, and low-profile tires stop being a wrestling match. The arms do the holding while the operator guides the tire on or off the rim.
Bead Blast Seating
A built-in bead blast fires a burst of air into the sidewall to break stubborn beads and seat new tires on the rim. Low-profile and performance tires that will not seat with a standard inflator usually give up against it.
5,500 lb Bead Breaker
The side-mounted bead breaker delivers 5,500 lb of force, enough for corroded rims, stuck tires, and run-flats. Side mounting also keeps the working area in front of the turntable clear and gives the operator good leverage.
One Measurement Instead of Three
The NTB-800 measures two of the three balancing parameters automatically; only one entry is keyed by hand. That means less typing per wheel and fewer input mistakes over a busy day.
±1 Gram in 6 to 9 Seconds
Balancing accuracy is ±1g on a 6-9 second cycle, across wheels from 10-28 in and up to 150 lb. A wheel brake holds the assembly still while weights go on, so nothing rotates away from the mark.
Clamping That Covers the Passenger Fleet
The changer clamps 14-26 in outside and 16-28 in inside, and handles tires to 43 in diameter on wheels up to 15 in wide. That range takes in nearly every passenger car, light truck, and SUV wheel a general shop sees.
Two Mount Heads for Two Kinds of Wheels
A steel mount/demount head handles everyday steel wheels; the included plastic head and plastic clamp covers take over for alloy and chrome finishes, where one scratch becomes a damage claim.

Installation Requirements
Floor and Layout
Both machines want level concrete. The tire changer's assembled footprint is 56 x 93 in and the balancer's is 28 x 48 in; leave working room around each for swinging tires and applying weights.
Electrical
Both units run on 110V, with a dedicated circuit recommended for each.
Compressed Air
The tire changer needs shop air up to 120 PSI for the assist arms and bead blast. An air compressor is not included.
Assembly and Placement
The equipment arrives with some assembly required, and the freight driver does not move machines inside or assemble anything. Plan the shop layout and the path from the truck before delivery day.

Call (855) 498-2147Frequently Asked Questions
What is the largest tire the NTC-950-2 can handle?
43 in diameter and 15 in wheel width, with clamping from 14-26 in outside and 16-28 in inside. That covers most passenger, light truck, and SUV fitments.
Can it handle run-flat tires?
Yes. The dual pneumatic assist arms manage the stiff sidewalls and the bead blast system helps break and seat beads that fight back. Wide-profile and low-profile tires are within its design range too.
What does automatic data entry mean on the NTB-800?
The balancer measures two of the three parameters needed for a balance on its own; you enter only one by hand. Setup gets faster and input errors mostly disappear.
What power and air do these machines need?
Both run on 110V, with dedicated circuits recommended. The changer additionally needs compressed air up to 120 PSI; the balancer needs none.
Will these damage alloy or chrome wheels?
The combo ships with a plastic mount/demount head and plastic clamp covers specifically for delicate finishes. Use them in place of the steel head on alloy, chrome, or custom wheels.
What does it take to receive the shipment?
The combo ships at approximately 1,200 lb total: 900 lb of tire changer and 300 lb of balancer. The driver does not move equipment inside or assemble it, so have a plan for getting each machine from the truck into the bay.
