The Triumph NTC-950-2 is a dual assist arm tire changer for shops that see run-flats, low-profile fitments, and wide performance tires every day. Two pneumatic assist arms press the bead where a helper's hands would go, which is the difference between fighting a stiff sidewall and steering it.
The side-mount bead breaker delivers 5,500 lb of force for corroded or long-seated beads, and the bead blast system seats stubborn beads with a burst of air at up to 120 PSI. Clamping runs 16 to 28 in inside and 14 to 26 in outside, with tires to 43 in diameter and wheels to 15 in width.
The 1.5 HP motor runs on a 110V outlet; you supply shop air to 120 PSI for the assist arms, bead breaker, and blast. Steel and plastic mount heads plus plastic clamp covers are in the box, so alloy wheels are covered from day one.

Dual Pneumatic Assist Arms
Two assist arms apply controlled downward pressure on the sidewall during mounting and demounting, holding the bead in the drop center where single-arm machines leave you improvising. On run-flats and low-profile tires this cuts the effort per wheel, which is what makes the machine hold up under a heavy daily tire count.
5,500 lb Side-Mount Bead Breaker
The side-mounted bead breaker produces 5,500 lb of force, enough for corroded rims and run-flat beads that have been seated for years. The side mount gives good leverage and keeps the turntable area clear while you work.
Bead Blast at 120 PSI
The integrated bead blast fires a burst of compressed air at the bead to snap it onto the seat. Wide and low-profile tires that will not take air through the valve stem alone seat in seconds instead of eating minutes per wheel.
Clamping from 14 to 28 in
Inside clamping runs 16 to 28 in and outside clamping 14 to 26 in, with capacity for 43 in tire diameter and 15 in wheel width. That covers passenger cars through light trucks and many commercial fitments on one machine.
Steel and Plastic Mount Heads
Both heads ship with the machine: steel for durability on everyday work, plastic for alloys and custom finishes. Swapping heads is quick, so protecting an expensive wheel does not slow the line.
Clamp Covers for Alloy Wheels
Plastic covers over the wheel clamps keep the clamping points from marking alloy and chrome finishes, closing the last spot where a tire machine usually touches bare rim.

Level concrete with clearance around the 56 x 93 x 80 in assembled footprint for the operator and tire handling. The assist arms need free travel above the 80 in height.
