Single Assist Arm for Run Flat Sidewalls

The assist arm guides the tire onto the wheel and keeps the bead where it belongs during mounting. That matters most on run flat and low profile tires, where reinforced sidewalls fight the mounting head and put wheels at risk. One technician can handle fitments that would otherwise take two.

5,500 lb Bead Breaker

Run flat beads grip the seat harder than conventional tires, and a wheel that has carried the same tire for years rarely lets go easily. The integrated bead breaker applies 5,500 lb of force to separate reinforced and corroded beads.

Bead Blast Seating at 120 PSI

A controlled burst of air seats the bead quickly and safely, which is especially useful when a bead wants to drop into the wheel well during inflation. It replaces the dangerous improvised seating methods nobody should be using anyway, and it speeds up every mount.

Clamps 16-28 in Inside, 14-26 in Outside

That range plus a 15 in maximum wheel width and 43 in maximum tire diameter covers compact cars through light trucks and oversized SUV tires. One machine handles the spread without swapping equipment.

1.5 HP Motor on 110V

The turntable motor runs on standard 110V single phase, so the machine drops into most commercial garages without rewiring. A dedicated circuit keeps motor performance consistent under load.

Electrical

110V single phase. A dedicated circuit is recommended for consistent motor performance.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight shipping within the lower 48 states; the delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout.

You are responsible for unloading. Lifts and large machines require a forklift, tractor, or other heavy machinery; liftgate service is not available for them and the driver does not assist. If unloading isn't possible at your location, choose a warehouse pickup option where offered.

Inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading. Note visible freight damage or shortages on the delivery receipt at delivery, and report a missing power unit or motor at delivery. Other missing or incorrect equipment must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty

Triumph equipment is covered by the manufacturer's 1 year parts warranty; labor is not covered. Support is handled by phone: we troubleshoot the issue with you, then ship the needed replacement part at no cost, with ground shipping on warranty parts covered by Garage Supply Guys.

Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30 day full warranty; after 30 days, a seal kit and instructions are provided. Rubber lifting pads are wear items and are not covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What wheel sizes can the NTC-950-1 handle?
Inside clamping runs 16-28 in and outside clamping 14-26 in, with a 15 in maximum wheel width and tires up to 43 in in diameter. That covers most passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
Can the NTC-950-1 change run flat tires?
Yes. The assist arm guides the stiff sidewall during mounting, and the 5,500 lb bead breaker has the force to separate a run flat's reinforced bead from the seat.
What electrical service does it need?
Standard 110V single phase, which most commercial and residential garages already have. A dedicated circuit is recommended for consistent motor performance.
Do I need an air compressor?
Yes. The bead blast system runs at up to 120 PSI, so you need a shop compressor that can deliver that pressure through a standard air line connection.
