The Triumph NTC-950-1 is a single assist arm tire changer for shops that regularly see run flat and low profile fitments. The assist arm guides the tire onto the wheel during mounting, which is the difference between working a stiff sidewall on and prying against it while an expensive wheel takes the damage.
Bead work gets real force: a 5,500 lb bead breaker for reinforced or corroded beads, and a bead blast system at up to 120 PSI that seats beads with a controlled burst of air. Clamping runs 16-28 in inside and 14-26 in outside, with room for tires up to 43 in and wheels up to 15 in wide.
The 1.5 HP motor runs on 110V single phase, so most garages can put it to work without an electrical upgrade; you will need shop air capable of 120 PSI for the bead blast. For general passenger, SUV, and light truck work, this machine covers most of what rolls through the door.

Run flat beads grip the seat harder than conventional tires, and a wheel that has carried the same tire for years rarely lets go easily. The integrated bead breaker applies 5,500 lb of force to separate reinforced and corroded beads.
Bead Blast Seating at 120 PSI
A controlled burst of air seats the bead quickly and safely, which is especially useful when a bead wants to drop into the wheel well during inflation. It replaces the dangerous improvised seating methods nobody should be using anyway, and it speeds up every mount.
Clamps 16-28 in Inside, 14-26 in Outside
That range plus a 15 in maximum wheel width and 43 in maximum tire diameter covers compact cars through light trucks and oversized SUV tires. One machine handles the spread without swapping equipment.
1.5 HP Motor on 110V
The turntable motor runs on standard 110V single phase, so the machine drops into most commercial garages without rewiring. A dedicated circuit keeps motor performance consistent under load.
