Triumph NTC-690 Features

Robotic Bead Breaker Arm

The power-assisted robotic arm takes the physical strain out of breaking beads on heavy duty tires. Instead of wrestling with stubborn truck and tractor tires, the robotic system applies consistent, controlled force to separate even the most stuck beads. This feature dramatically reduces operator fatigue and speeds up the tire changing process on large commercial and industrial tires.

Wireless Remote Control

The included wireless remote lets you operate the NTC-690 from a safe distance while maintaining full control over all functions. Position yourself for the best view of the work, keep your hands free to guide the tire, and stay clear of pinch points during operation. The remote control design makes one-person tire changes safer and more efficient.

Extended Clamping Range

With a clamping distance spanning 14 to 56 inches, the NTC-690 accommodates everything from standard truck wheels to massive industrial and agricultural rims. The wide clamping range means you can service a diverse range of heavy equipment without needing multiple machines or adapters for different wheel sizes.

Oversized Tire Capacity

The NTC-690 handles tires up to 90 inches in diameter and 42 inches wide. This capacity covers the full spectrum of commercial truck tires, bus tires, tractor tires, and industrial equipment tires. The 120 PSI maximum inflation pressure provides the air flow needed to seat beads on these large, high-volume tires.

Heavy Duty Construction

At 2,400 lb shipping weight, the NTC-690 is built with the structural integrity needed for demanding commercial and industrial tire service. The robust frame and components stand up to the forces involved in changing large truck and equipment tires day after day in a busy shop environment.

Bead Press Clamp System

The included bead press clamp helps control tire beads during mounting and demounting, especially important when working with stiff sidewall commercial and industrial tires. Combined with the clamp covers, the system protects wheel finishes while providing the grip needed to manage heavy duty tire beads.
