Triumph NTC-650 and NTB-1200 Features
Heavy-Duty Tire Changer Capacity
The NTC-650 tire changer is built for serious commercial work with a clamping range of 14 to 26 inches and maximum tire diameter of 63 inches. The 30.5 inch maximum wheel width handles even the widest commercial and agricultural wheels. This capacity covers everything from standard light truck tires up to large semi truck and equipment tires.
Precision Wheel Balancing
The NTB-1200 wheel balancer delivers accuracy within +/-1 gram, ensuring smooth rides and even tire wear for your customers' vehicles. The 42mm shaft size and 350 lb maximum wheel weight capacity handle heavy commercial wheels with ease. Standard or metric display options let technicians work in their preferred measurement system.
Fast Cycle Time
At just 8 seconds per cycle, the NTB-1200 balancer keeps your shop moving efficiently through tire jobs. This quick turnaround time adds up to significant time savings over the course of a busy day, allowing your technicians to service more vehicles without sacrificing quality.
Wide Rim Width Range
The wheel balancer accommodates rim widths from 1.5 to 20 inches, covering virtually any wheel you'll encounter from passenger cars to heavy commercial trucks. This versatility means one machine handles your entire customer base without limitations.
120 PSI Bead Seating
The NTC-650 provides up to 120 PSI for seating stubborn tire beads. This pressure capacity ensures you can properly mount even the most challenging tires without struggling or risking incomplete seating that could lead to slow leaks.
Dual Voltage Configuration
The combo uses practical voltage requirements that work for most shop setups. The tire changer runs on 220V while the wheel balancer operates on standard 110V household current. This split configuration often makes installation easier since the balancer can plug into existing outlets.
