Powered Assist Arm

Truck and industrial tires weigh hundreds of pounds, and the powered assist arm supplies the mounting and demounting force instead of the operator's back. One technician can work large tires start to finish without wearing down over a shift.

Wireless Remote Operation

The included wireless remote controls the machine from wherever you are standing on the tire, not from a fixed control panel. On a 63 in tire, skipping that walk around the machine every adjustment adds up.

14 to 26 in Clamping with Covers

The clamping system spans 14-26 in, covering medium truck wheels through large industrial and agricultural rims. Included clamp covers keep the jaws off painted and polished wheel finishes.

63 in Tires, 30.5 in Wheel Width

Maximum tire diameter is 63 in with wheel widths to 30.5 in, which takes in over-the-road semi rubber, bus tires, and tractor tires. If your work is passenger car sized, this machine is more than you need.

Bead Press Clamp Included

The bead press clamp applies controlled pressure to push the bead down into the rim well on stiff sidewall tires, holding it while you work the tire over the rim without tearing the bead or marking the wheel.

No Bead Blast, 120 PSI Air

The NTC-650 runs on shop air up to 120 PSI but has no bead blast function. For the most stubborn beads, plan on the bead press clamp and conventional seating technique.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight shipping within the lower 48 states; the delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout.

You are responsible for unloading. Lifts and large machines require a forklift, tractor, or other heavy machinery; liftgate service is not available for them and the driver does not assist. If unloading isn't possible at your location, choose a warehouse pickup option where offered.

Inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading. Note visible freight damage or shortages on the delivery receipt at delivery, and report a missing power unit or motor at delivery. Other missing or incorrect equipment must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty

Triumph equipment is covered by the manufacturer's 1 year parts warranty; labor is not covered. Support is handled by phone: we troubleshoot the issue with you, then ship the needed replacement part at no cost, with ground shipping on warranty parts covered by Garage Supply Guys.

Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30 day full warranty; after 30 days, a seal kit and instructions are provided. Rubber lifting pads are wear items and are not covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum tire size the NTC-650 can handle?
Tires up to 63 in in diameter and wheels up to 30.5 in wide, with a clamping range of 14 to 26 in. That covers most commercial truck, bus, and agricultural tires.
Does the NTC-650 have bead blast capability?
No. The machine runs shop air up to 120 PSI for standard bead seating, and the included bead press clamp helps with stubborn beads. Extremely difficult beads may need additional technique or tooling.
What electrical power does it require?
220V single phase service, with a dedicated circuit recommended. Have a licensed electrician confirm your service before installation.
What does the assist arm actually do?
It is a powered arm that supplies the force to mount and demount beads on large, heavy tires so the technician does not. You position it with the included wireless remote.
How do I get the machine into my shop?
Plan to have equipment and people ready to move the 1,420 lb unit into your building. The delivery driver does not bring equipment inside or assemble it.
