The Triumph NTC-650 is a heavy duty tire changer for truck, bus, and agricultural rubber: 14-26 in clamping, wheels to 30.5 in wide, tires to 63 in diameter. This is the machine for shops where the tires arrive on a semi or a tractor, not a sedan.
The working difference is the powered assist arm. Truck tires weigh hundreds of pounds, and the arm supplies the mounting and demounting force while the operator positions it with the included wireless remote, so one technician can run large tires without a second set of hands.
It runs on 220V single phase and shop air to 120 PSI. There is no bead blast on this model, so plan on the included bead press clamp and conventional technique for the most stubborn beads.
