Level concrete floor in good condition, minimum 175 in x 106 in of clear space. Standard 110V household power with a dedicated 30 amp breaker. No three-phase wiring needed.
Ceiling Height
Your ceiling needs to clear the 84 inch overall lift height plus your stored vehicle's height. A 10 to 12 foot ceiling gives comfortable clearance for the full range.
