LTL Freight Shipping
Your Triumph NSS-8XLT ships via LTL common carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck. Free shipping is included to the lower 48 United States. Once your lift ships, you will receive an email with carrier information and tracking number. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and lift gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You will need machinery capable of lifting the full 1,800 lb shipping weight to unload from the truck. Acceptable equipment includes a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If you cannot unload from a truck, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Delivery Appointment
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. Since we do not know your schedule, we cannot make this appointment for you. Please contact the carrier using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
