The Triumph NSS-8SQ, sold as the NSS-8 Classic, is an 8,000 lb four post lift that runs 2.5 ft shorter than the standard NSS-8, built for garages where depth runs out before ambition does. Overall length is 141 in with a 93 in drive-thru width, so it parks one vehicle over another without owning the whole bay.
Ten automatic lock positions run from 26 in to 69.5 in at 4.5 in steps, released from a single point for controlled descent. The 1 HP power unit runs on a 110V/20A circuit and reaches full height in 40 seconds. A caster kit means no floor anchoring, and the included jack tray and three drip trays turn a storage lift into a usable service platform.
This is a home garage and collector machine first. Measure your ceiling before ordering: the posts stand 84 in and the stored vehicle rides on top of that. If your garage has depth to spare, the longer standard NSS-8 is the alternative; the SQ exists for garages that do not.

Full four post capacity in a frame 2.5 ft shorter than the standard NSS-8. The 132 in runways (measured without ramps) still take most standard wheelbase vehicles, and the four post design spreads the load for stable storage.
No Anchoring, Casters Included
The lift stands on the floor rather than bolting into it. Lower it, engage the included caster kit, and roll it to the next spot when the garage layout changes. It still needs solid, level concrete under it.
Ten Locks, Single Point Release
Automatic locks engage every 4.5 in from 26 in up to 69.5 in as the lift rises. A single release point drops all four posts together for a controlled descent, with no walking post to post.
93 in Drive-Thru Width
The 18 in wide aluminum runways sit 37 in apart, so wide-track vehicles drive on without threading a needle. The included aluminum ramps give a gradual approach angle that low-clearance cars can live with.
Jack Tray for Service Work
The jack tray slides between the runways and supports a rolling floor jack or transmission jack, so wheels-off jobs like brakes and suspension happen on the same lift that stores the car. No second lift needed for routine maintenance.
Drip Trays Protect the Car Below
Three included drip trays catch fluids from the vehicle stored on top. If a daily driver parks underneath a project car, this is the difference between stacking and regretting stacking.
