Floor: Level concrete recommended. No anchoring required - the NSS-8 is fully portable with the included caster kit.
Footprint: 106 in wide x 195 in long with approach ramps installed. Measure your bay before ordering.
Ceiling: The lift stands 84 in tall. Figure in the height of the raised vehicle on top for realistic ceiling clearance. 10 ft or higher is recommended for comfortable working access to the vehicle stored above.
Electrical: Standard 110V household outlet. A dedicated circuit is recommended for best performance. No 220V upgrade, no electrician required.
Assembly: Requires basic hand tools and a helper. Allow several hours for complete assembly.

Shipping & Delivery
Free LTL Freight - Lower 48 States. Your lift ships free via LTL common carrier. Delivery arrives on a 48-foot semi truck. Transit typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location. You'll receive carrier info and a tracking number by email when the lift ships.
Unloading is your responsibility. The driver does not unload. Liftgate service is not available for auto lifts. You'll need a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe rated to handle the 1,600 lb shipping weight. If you can't unload from a truck, we can route the shipment to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
Scheduling your delivery. You're responsible for calling the freight company to set a delivery appointment. Coordinate directly with the carrier at the number provided in your shipping confirmation.
Exclusions. Free shipping does not apply to government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Contact us for a quote to these locations.

Warranty
1-Year Parts Warranty. Coverage is parts only for the first year. No labor is included. If something needs replacing, call us to troubleshoot over the phone and we'll ship the required part at no charge, including free ground shipping.
Cylinders. Full 30-day warranty on cylinders. After 30 days, a seal kit is provided for cylinder repairs.
Exclusions. Rubber lifting pads are not covered under warranty.
Labor. You'll need to install replacement parts yourself or arrange for a mechanic to do it. Most repairs are straightforward for a competent car mechanic.
Warranty registration may be required after purchase. Refer to included documentation for details.

The drive-thru width is 93 in. Runways are 18 in wide with 37 in between them, and 165 in long. Overall lift width is 106 in. Measure your vehicle's track width and overall length against those numbers before ordering.
How do I unload the lift when it arrives?
The lift ships at 1,600 lb. The truck driver does not unload it, and liftgate service is not available for auto lifts. You need equipment capable of handling that weight - a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. The NSS-8 carries a 1-year parts warranty with free replacement parts and free ground shipping on covered items. Cylinders have a 30-day full warranty; after that, a seal kit is provided for repairs. How long does it take to raise a vehicle?
The NSS-8 raises from ground to full height in approximately 40 seconds. The 10 automatic locking positions engage as you go up, so the lift is secured at whatever height you stop at without any separate locking step.
