Triumph NSS-11 Shipping and Delivery
Free LTL Freight Shipping
Your Triumph NSS-11 ships free to the lower 48 United States via LTL common carrier freight. The lift will arrive on a 48 foot semi truck. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and lift gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You will need machinery capable of lifting the full 2,400 lb shipping weight, such as a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. You cannot unload an auto lift by hand.
Delivery Scheduling
When your lift ships, we will email you the carrier information and tracking number. You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. If you cannot unload from a truck at your location, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not include delivery to government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.
