A level concrete floor is recommended for stability. The four base plates measure 11.5 in x 9.75 in each. Because the NSS-11 comes with a caster kit, you can place it on any level surface without permanent anchoring, which makes it a strong fit for residential garages where bolting down a lift isn't an option.

Free LTL freight shipping to the lower 48 United States. Your lift ships via common carrier freight on a 48 ft semi truck. Delivery typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location.
You're responsible for unloading at delivery. The shipping weight is 2,400 lb, so you'll need machinery such as a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. Lift gate service is not available for auto lifts, and unloading by hand is not possible.
When your lift ships, we'll email you carrier information and a tracking number. You'll need to contact the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. If you can't unload from a truck at your location, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
Free shipping excludes government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, and Hawaii. Contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.
Warranty
1 year parts warranty with free ground shipping on replacement parts. Cylinders carry a 30 day full warranty; after 30 days, a seal kit is provided. Rubber lifting pads are not covered.
