You'll need a level concrete floor in good condition with a minimum strength of 3,000 psi. The total footprint with ramps extended is 247 in x 123 in, so plan for a space of at least 20.6 ft x 10.25 ft. Four 12 in x 12 in anchor points secure the base plates to your floor.
Electrical Requirements
The NOS10000 runs on 110V single phase power through its 3 HP motor. A dedicated 30 amp circuit with 10 gauge wiring is strongly recommended. The motor can draw over 22 amps under load with peaks near 26 amps, so a 20 amp circuit risks nuisance breaker trips and shortened motor life. Most homeowners will need an electrician to install the proper circuit if one isn't already in place.
Ceiling Height

Shipping
Your Triumph NOS10000 ships via LTL common carrier freight on a full-size semi truck. Transit time typically ranges from 3 to 14 days depending on your location. Once your lift ships, we'll email you the carrier information and tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
You're responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload, and lift gate service is not available for auto lifts. You'll need equipment capable of handling the full 2,535 lb shipping weight, such as a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. You cannot unload this lift by hand.
If you can't unload from a delivery truck, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van. You're responsible for contacting the freight company to schedule your delivery appointment.
Shipping availability excludes government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.

1 Year Parts Warranty
Coverage includes a 1 year parts warranty with no labor coverage. If a part fails, the issue is troubleshot over the phone and a replacement part ships free of charge via ground shipping. You install the replacement yourself or hire someone to handle it. Most repairs are straightforward for anyone with mechanical experience.
Cylinders carry a 30 day full warranty. After 30 days, a seal kit is provided for cylinder repairs. Rubber lifting pads are excluded from warranty coverage.
