1,500 lb of Component Support

The 1,500 lb rating covers transmissions, differentials, and complete exhaust assemblies on passenger vehicles and light trucks. That is a stable platform for extended jobs, not a prop you have to babysit.

54 to 80 in Screw Adjustment

The threaded screw gives 26 in of travel with infinitely fine positioning inside that range. Unlike ratchet stands that lock only at fixed heights, you turn it to the exact point of solid contact with the component.

Foot Pedal Release

The pedal releases and adjusts the stand without reaching down or repositioning your body. When you are already holding a component in place under a vehicle, keeping both hands on the part is the whole point.

Padded Contact Plate

The cushioned plate grips securely without marring painted exhaust systems or machined transmission housings. It is the difference between support and a witness mark you have to explain.

Powder-Coated Steel

The powder coat shrugs off the oil, solvents, and general abuse of a working shop floor, keeping the steel underneath from rusting.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight shipping within the lower 48 states; the delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout.

You are responsible for unloading. Lifts and large machines require a forklift, tractor, or other heavy machinery; liftgate service is not available for them and the driver does not assist. If unloading isn't possible at your location, choose a warehouse pickup option where offered.

Inspect your order before signing the Bill of Lading. Note visible freight damage or shortages on the delivery receipt at delivery, and report a missing power unit or motor at delivery. Other missing or incorrect equipment must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty

Triumph equipment is covered by the manufacturer's 1 year parts warranty; labor is not covered. Support is handled by phone: we troubleshoot the issue with you, then ship the needed replacement part at no cost, with ground shipping on warranty parts covered by Garage Supply Guys.

Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30 day full warranty; after 30 days, a seal kit and instructions are provided. Rubber lifting pads are wear items and are not covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the weight capacity of the NJS-1500?
1,500 lb, which covers most exhaust systems, transmissions, and other undercarriage components on passenger vehicles and light trucks. Keep the load under the rated capacity.
How does the height adjustment work?
A screw-type mechanism adjusts anywhere from 54 to 80 in, giving 26 in of travel with precise, incremental positioning. The foot pedal releases the stand for repositioning, so adjustments stay quick and hands-free.
Will it work with my two post lift?
Yes. Position the stand beneath the raised vehicle to support components during service. The 54 to 80 in range covers most standard two post lift working heights; confirm you have at least 54 in of clearance under the vehicle.
Can I use it with a four post lift?
Yes. The NJS-1500 fits within the runway spacing of standard four post lifts and provides the same support for undercar work, exhaust jobs, and component holding.
Can it hold exhaust components while I weld?
That is one of its primary uses. The adjustable height and padded contact plate position and secure exhaust pipes and assemblies at working height, freeing both hands for the weld.
