The Triumph NTC-AS adapter kit bolts over the wheel clamp jaws of a Triumph tire changer and reshapes its clamping envelope: 4 in more on the top end for oversized motorcycle and ATV wheels, and 8 in less on the bottom end for the small stuff that a standard turntable cannot grab. One kit turns an automotive machine into a powersports-capable one.
The adapters also raise the wheel above the turntable, which improves the working angle for motorcycle mount and demount work, and each one locks down with a screw bolt so nothing shifts under load. Your plastic wheel clamp covers still fit over them for rim protection. The trade-off: the adapters cover the bead blast air holes, so that feature is out of action until you remove them.

The adapters extend the machine's maximum clamping range by 4 in beyond original capacity, bringing oversized motorcycle and ATV wheels into reach that would otherwise exceed the turntable's spec.
8 in Lower Minimum for Small Wheels
The minimum clamping range drops by 8 in, so compact motorcycle wheels, scooter rims, and other small-diameter wheels that fell below the standard threshold can now be clamped. On a 10-24 in machine, that works out to roughly 2 to 28 in with the adapters on.
Raises the Wheel Off the Turntable
The adapters lift the wheel's clamping position above the turntable surface, giving better clearance and working angles during mounting and demounting on motorcycle and ATV tires.
Screw-Bolt Secured, Hand-Tool Install
Each adapter slips over an existing clamp jaw and locks down with a screw bolt, so nothing moves during a tire change. Installation takes basic hand tools and is just as quick to reverse.
Works with Your Clamp Covers
Plastic wheel clamp covers still fit with the adapters installed, so delicate powersports rims keep their scratch protection through the clamping cycle.
Bead Blast Is Blocked While Installed
The adapters cover the air holes that feed the bead blast system, so that feature cannot be used with the kit mounted. If a job needs bead blast, pull the adapters off first.

Will the NTC-AS fit my tire changer?
It is only guaranteed to fit Triumph brand tire changers. If your machine is from another manufacturer, the kit may not be compatible. Contact us with your model number and we can verify fitment before you order.
How much does the kit change my clamping range?
