Triumph C-7000 Shipping and Delivery
Free LTL Freight Shipping
Your Triumph C-7000 ships free to the lower 48 United States via LTL common carrier freight. The lift will arrive on a 48-foot semi truck. Freight shipping typically takes 3 to 14 days depending on your location, so please allow adequate time for delivery.
Unloading Requirements
You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The truck driver does not unload it for you, and lift gate delivery service is not available for auto lifts. You cannot unload an auto lift by hand. You must have machinery capable of lifting the full weight of your lift, such as a forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If you cannot unload from a truck, we can ship to our carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van.
Delivery Scheduling
You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment. We will email you the carrier information and tracking number when your lift ships. Since we don't know your schedule, you'll need to coordinate directly with the carrier for a convenient delivery time.
Shipping Exclusions
Free shipping does not include delivery to government secure locations, state and national parks, construction sites, islands, Alaska, or Hawaii. Contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.

- Labor: Warranty does not cover labor costs. You must install replacement parts yourself or pay someone to do it. Most repairs are straightforward enough for a car mechanic to handle.
- Exclusions: Rubber lifting pads are not covered under warranty
- Cylinders: 30-day full warranty on cylinders. After 30 days, we provide a seal kit for cylinder repairs.
