Warranty
Rotary accessories are covered under a one-year warranty to the original owner from the retail invoice date. If a retail invoice can't be produced, the original VSG invoice date starts the warranty period.
The warranty covers defects in material and factory workmanship only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper handling, abuse, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.
VSG will repair or replace any part confirmed to have failed due to a warrantable defect, at their discretion. VSG may require the part returned for inspection to determine warrantability.
This warranty excludes all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies are exclusive, and VSG is not liable for special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.
