Norco 82999 Air Operated End Lift Jack

You've got a bus, a dually, or a piece of heavy construction equipment on the floor and a flat tire jack that was never built for that kind of weight. The Norco 82999 air operated end lift jack is the answer. Ten tons of capacity, running on shop air, designed to hoist the entire front or rear of a vehicle in one lift instead of you fighting two separate bottle jacks and hoping they stay put.

Push the three-way heavy duty air valve to the right and the saddles rise. Release it and it snaps to neutral. Push left and the load lowers slow and controlled. That's the whole workflow, and it gives you finer control than you'd get muscling a hydraulic pump. This air end lift jack lifts from a 12.5" low height up to a full 50", so it clears both low-profile setups and the tall clearance you need on bigger rigs.

What makes this air operated mobile end lift bumper jack worth the money is the automatic safety lock. It engages in six separate height positions completely independent of air pressure, so if a line ever bleeds off, the load stays parked on the mechanical lock, not on trapped air. Front swivel caster and two 12.25" pneumatic rear tires mean you roll it into position instead of dragging it. It's built and made in the USA. Buy it from us with free shipping to the lower 48 and a real person on the phone to sort out freight and setup before it ships.

What's Included

  • Norco 82999 10 Ton Air Lift Jack unit
  • Two extendable arms with mounting bolt and nut
  • Two adjustable lifting saddles
  • Setup, operating, and maintenance instructions

You supply the quick disconnect of your choice for the air valve so it matches your existing shop air line. Call to confirm included accessories if you need specifics before ordering.

Installation & Setup

Setup is fast. Install your preferred quick disconnect in the air valve, connect your shop air line, and you're ready. This is one of the few air operated tall heavy duty lifting jacks that adapts to your starting height without extra parts.

The jack ships with the saddle risers set at the highest position on the arms. Need a lower starting lift height? Pull the saddles, remove the bolt and nut securing the arms, flip the extendable arms upside down, reinstall them, and drop the saddles back in the risers. Now you're at the lowest lift position. Do this on a hard, level surface only.

Two hard requirements before every lift: keep the load centered so both saddles carry an equal share, and extend the telescopic arms equally so weight distributes evenly. Do not exceed 200 p.s.i. input air pressure on this 10 ton model. And always follow the vehicle manufacturer's recommended lift points before raising a load.

Applications

Truck & Farm Equipment Dealers

Built for dealer service bays handling duallys, trucks, and heavy farm equipment that outclass standard floor jacks.

Heavy Duty Construction Repair

The ten ton capacity and air operated control suit shops servicing large construction machinery day in and day out.

Bus Company Garages

End lift design raises an entire front or rear axle at once, exactly what bus fleet maintenance needs.

High Clearance Service Work

The 50" high lift gives you room to get under tall vehicles that a low-reaching air end lift bumper jack can't handle.

Model Comparison

The 82999 sits at the top of Norco's air lift jack family. If your work is lighter, the smaller-capacity models cover it. When you're lifting the heaviest end loads, this is the one.

Model Capacity Max Air Pressure
82920 / 82925 2-1/2 Ton 175 p.s.i.
82950 5 Ton 175 p.s.i.
