Katool KT-4H110 11,000 lb Four-Post Lift
Also known as: KT-4H110, Katool 4H110, Katool KT 4H110
The Katool KT-4H110 delivers 11,000 lb lifting capacity and 84.25 in max rise for home garages and professional shops handling trucks and SUVs. Fits garages with standard 10-foot ceilings. CE certified with 115% dynamic and 150% static load testing. Optional scissor jacks and rolling bridge jacks available for wheel-free service.
Features
Single-Point Manual Safety Lock Release
Single-point manual release controls all four mechanical locks from one location. Pull the release handle and each pawl disengages simultaneously. During lowering, locks re-engage automatically at adjustable height increments throughout the 84.25 in travel range.
Dual Safety Lock System
Each post includes primary and secondary mechanical locks with eight total lock points across the platform. If a cable fails, mechanical pawls catch on the ladder rack and hold position. Steel wire rope system acts as separate backup. Locks engage automatically during lifting and require deliberate manual release for lowering.
Cable Pulley Synchronization
Steel wire ropes connect all four posts through a pulley network that distributes hydraulic force evenly. Tension springs absorb minor cable length differences, keeping the platform level even with off-center loads. Full rise: 83 seconds at 110V; descent: 40 seconds.
Adjustable Power Column Position
Hydraulic power unit can mount on any of the four posts, letting you position the electrical connection nearest your circuit breaker panel. Standard unit runs on 110V single-phase at 60Hz from a dedicated 30-amp circuit. 220V option available.

FAQ
What vehicles can the KT-4H110 lift?
Full-size trucks, heavy SUVs, cargo vans, and most dual-rear-wheel pickups under 11,000 lb. Inside column width is 112.81 in; overall length is 229.73 in with ramps. Fits Ford F-250/F-350, Chevy Silverado 2500/3500, Ram 2500/3500, Suburban, Yukon XL, and Sprinter vans.
How much ceiling height do I need?
Minimum 10-foot ceiling. Post height is 94.88 in plus 6-8 in clearance for cable routing. Total minimum ~101 in. For trucks with roof racks, add vehicle height to runway height to confirm clearance.
Can I install this lift myself?
DIY is possible with concrete anchor and electrical experience. Requires 2-3 people, 6-8 hours, and a hammer drill for 5/8 in anchors. Manual includes anchor templates and torque specs. Professional installation recommended if inexperienced.
What electrical service is required?
110V: Dedicated 30-amp circuit, 10 AWG copper wire. 220V option: 20-amp circuit, 12 AWG wire. Keep wire runs under 50 feet. Don't share this circuit—startup load can trip breakers.
Are rolling jacks or scissor jacks included?
No, jacks are not included. Rolling bridge jacks and scissor jacks are available as optional accessories for wheel-free tire, brake, and suspension service.
What maintenance is required?
Monthly: Inspect cable tension, lock engagement, hydraulic fluid level. Every 6 months: Lubricate pulley bearings and lock mechanisms. Annually: Replace cables if fraying, inspect hydraulic seals, torque-check anchor bolts.
What concrete specs are required?
Minimum 3.93 in thick, 3,000 PSI compressive strength. Use 5/8 in wedge or sleeve anchors, four per post. Level within 1/8 in. If your slab is marginal, get a core sample to verify PSI before ordering.
