Hofmann Geodyna 7600p gives busy tire shops a semi-automatic balancing workflow, a large touchscreen, and a straightforward 115V single-phase, 60 Hz power requirement. The easyALU gauge arm enters rim dimensions and selects the balancing mode after the technician touches the rim, while smartSonar detects rim width automatically.
Power Clamp holds the wheel with constant electromechanical clamping force. easyWeight laser guidance identifies the correction location, LED rim lighting improves visibility, and Stop in Position rotates the wheel to the indicated application point from a touchscreen command. smartSonar Rim Width Detection
smartSonar uses a sonar sensor to detect rim width automatically, removing that manual input from the normal workflow.

Split Weights and Customer Reports
Split Weight Mode supports concealed correction placement behind spokes. Results can also be saved as PDF files to a flash drive; local-network reporting requires additional hardware.

Installation Requirements
Provide 115V Single-Phase Power
The EEWB765AP configuration requires 115V single-phase, 60 Hz power. It is a different order configuration from the separately listed 230V model. The official installation guidance calls for an approved wall outlet; confirm that the installation location meets applicable electrical requirements before delivery.
Plan the Floor and Working Area
The floor must be horizontal within 1 degree, flat within 2 mm, able to support the balancer, and isolated from transmitted vibration. Position the machine directly on the floor without spacers. When these conditions are satisfied, Hofmann states that floor fastening is not required.
Plan Pallet Receiving and Final Placement
The balancer is supplied on a pallet, with a published gross shipping weight of 374 lb. Use a suitable pallet truck to bring it to the work area, remove the pallet securing bolts, and do not lift or move the machine by its main shaft or measuring unit.
Confirm Utility Requirements Before Delivery
