Features
Leverless Center Post Mounting
A hook head and pressure wheels do the mounting and demounting with no pry bars and no metal-to-rim contact. On alloy and custom wheels, that removes the scratch risk that makes traditional swing arm machines nerve-wracking.
Synchronized Upper and Lower Pressure Wheels
The integrated center column links the upper and lower pressure wheels so both move together. One positioning move instead of two keeps the demount-and-mount cycle short, and the paired wheels hold beads in place on low-profile and run-flat tires.
Hydraulic Drive at 13 to 16 MPa
Main machine functions run on hydraulics rather than shop air, which holds positioning steady regardless of compressor behavior. The system backs 6,614 lb of bead breaker force for stiff sidewalls, with air reserved for the bead blaster and inflation only.
3.0 HP Servo Motor with Stepless Speed
The servo motor adjusts rotation speed continuously, so you can crawl through a difficult bead and speed up for routine work. It also keeps the machine under 70 dB, quieter than the induction motors most changers carry.
Bead Blaster and Automatic Inflation
An independent bead blast device seats stubborn beads, with double-button activation so it cannot fire by accident. For inflation, set the target pressure and the system fills to spec on its own instead of someone watching a gauge.
2D Data Entry on the Balancer
The FWB-8823 captures rim parameters automatically through a linear grating measurement scale. Measure with the stick, lower the guard, and spin; there is no manual number entry to slow the cycle or get typed wrong.
Laser Weight Placement and Smart Positioning
A laser marks the exact weight location, backed by an LED fill light for dark wheel barrels. One button rotates the wheel to the balance point and locks it there, and the self-calibration routine keeps accuracy in check without a service call.

Installation Requirements
Electrical
The tire changer runs on 220V / 60Hz single phase and must be properly grounded. The balancer runs on 110V single phase, so plan two different circuits before the crates arrive.
Air Supply
Compressed air feeds only the bead blaster and automatic inflation device; every main machine function is hydraulic. A standard shop compressor covers it.
Space and Floor
The tire changer occupies a 62.6 x 49.2 in footprint. Set both machines on a flat, level floor in a well-lit area, kept clear of oil, grease, debris, and bystanders.

What size wheels can this combo handle?
The tire changer takes 10 to 30 in rims with tires to 49 in diameter and 15.7 in width. The balancer covers rims to 30 in, wheel diameters to 39 in, and wheel weights to 165 lb. That spans passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
What is the advantage of the leverless design?
No metal pry bars contact the rim. The hook head and pressure wheels mount and demount tires without touching the wheel face, which is what makes the machine safe around alloy and custom wheels.
Is the tire changer hydraulic or pneumatic?
Hydraulic for all main functions, running at 13 to 16 MPa. Air is used only for the bead blaster and the automatic inflation device, so compressor fluctuations never affect positioning.
What electrical service do I need?
220V single phase for the tire changer and 110V single phase for the balancer, both properly grounded. Plan the two circuits before installation day.
Can it handle low-profile and run-flat tires?
Yes. The synchronized upper and lower pressure wheels hold the bead in place during mounting, the stepless speed control lets you slow down for difficult tires, and the 6,614 lb bead breaker handles stiff run-flat sidewalls.

If something's not working out, just let us know. Keep in mind that some items might have a restocking fee. Check the product page for the specifics.
No worries, we've got you covered. We can send replacement parts or arrange for a new delivery. Just make sure to inspect everything when it arrives and give us a heads up right away if something's off.
All the details are at the bottom of our site under Shipping & Return Policy. You'll find everything about returns, freight damage, and any brand-specific rules.
Most larger items like car lifts and heavy equipment ship free, but depending on the brand there might be freight costs. Smaller items almost always have shipping fees via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We'll show you any extra costs before you check out.
Shipping estimates are just that: estimates, and they're not guaranteed. Weather, freight delays, and carrier issues can throw things off, especially with bigger items. If you're on a tight timeline for installation, it's smart to give yourself some wiggle room.
Yep! Once it ships, we'll email you the tracking info so you can keep tabs on your delivery and plan accordingly.
We always send tracking info once your order ships. If it's been more than five business days and you haven't heard anything, just shoot us a message at support@garagesupplyguys.com or hit us up through the Contact Us page. We'll figure out what's going on.
Make sure whatever you're buying will actually fit your space. That means checking ceiling height, floor space, power requirements, and whether freight delivery can even get to your location. Trust us, it's way easier to confirm these details upfront.
Read through the product details carefully, especially for heavy or specialized items. If you're not sure about fit, shipping, installation, or anything else, just ask. We'd rather help you get it right the first time.
You'll get a confirmation email right away once you place your order. For most items like car lifts, parts, and shop tools, we'll have them shipped out within five business days if they're in stock. This goes for all major brands and replacement parts.
We don't offer installation services ourselves, but we can put you in touch with qualified installers in your area who you can work out pricing with directly. We can also handle this for you after your purchase.
Just reach out to us after your purchase and we'll connect you with trusted installers in your area. You can negotiate pricing and scheduling directly with them, or we can help coordinate the whole process for you.
Some items can be installed by experienced DIYers, but larger equipment like car lifts typically require professional installation for safety and warranty reasons. Check the product specifications and manufacturer requirements before deciding.
