Leverless Center Post Design
The hook head and pressing wheel travel synchronously on the integrated central column, mounting and demounting without a pry bar touching the rim. A left helper arm and tire lifter round out the wheel handling.
Hydraulic Instead of Pneumatic Control
The hydraulic system holds position and pressure without rebound, and a hand control valve places the hook head precisely. It also shuts off automatically when operation stops and restarts on resume.
6,614 lb Bead Breaker
At 10 bar the bead breaker develops 6,614 lb of force under precise hand control, which handles run-flat and low-profile sidewalls without chewing the rim edge.
2D Automatic Data Entry
The FWB-8823 measures rim parameters itself using a linear grating scale; lowering the guard starts the cycle. No manual inputs on standard wheels.
Laser-Guided Weight Placement
A laser marks the exact weight location, and smart balance-point positioning rotates the wheel there and locks it at one button press. A built-in LED fill light keeps the inner barrel visible in a dim bay.
Self-Calibrating to ±1 Gram
The balancer self-calibrates to hold ±1g precision and offers multiple balance modes for different rim types, on wheels up to 165 lb.
