Features

8,000 lb Across Two 21 Inch Platforms

Capacity covers cars, crossovers, SUVs, and light trucks to 8,000 lb. The 33 in gap between the 21 in platforms leaves working room underneath for transmission jacks and drain pans, which is where mid-rise lifts with a solid deck fall down.

47 Inch Rise From a 4.3 Inch Entry

Full rise puts wheels and brakes at standing work height, while the 4.3 in lowered profile lets low-profile vehicles drive on without scraping. The cycle runs 30 seconds up and 20 seconds down, quick enough for tire-rotation volume.

Mobile Kit or Bolt-Down

The optional mobile kit adds casters for repositioning between bays or clearing floor space; fixed mount bolts it into a dedicated position. Either way, the drive-up ramps lock into place as platform extensions for long-wheelbase vehicles.

Electric Lock Release on 24V Controls

The safety locking system releases electrically, a height limit switch prevents over-travel, and the control circuit runs at a safe 24V. If power drops with a vehicle in the air, manual emergency lowering brings it down in a controlled descent.

Laser-Cut Steel, CE Certified

Laser-cut fabrication keeps component fit precise, self-lubricated bushings cut routine maintenance, and the anti-tilt safeguard permits vehicle entry from either side. Structure and hydraulics are CE certified, with a powder coat finish over the steel.

Best For & Vehicle Compatibility

Fit depends on your vehicles and your shop. Contact us with the year, make, and model, or your shop details, and we'll confirm compatibility before you order.

Tire Service Centers
Wheels arrive at working height in 30 seconds, and the 8,000 lb capacity covers the passenger and light truck traffic a wheel shop actually sees.
Brake and Suspension Work
The 47 in rise puts rotors, calipers, struts, and control arms in front of the technician instead of above or below them, without kneeling or overhead reaching.
Narrow Bay Installations
At 75 in overall width, the FSL-MR80 fits tight service areas where a two post lift's columns will not, and the mobile kit lets shared-space shops clear the floor between jobs.
Home Garages
The 4.3 in lowered height takes low cars and the drive-on design needs no column clearance. Confirm ceiling and garage door track clearance at full rise before ordering.

Installation Requirements

Electrical

220V single phase supply; confirm 60 Hz compatibility with us before purchase. The control side runs on a 24V low-voltage circuit for operator safety.

Floor

Level concrete capable of carrying the 1,226 lb lift plus an 8,000 lb vehicle. Fixed installations anchor per manufacturer specifications; mobile use needs a level, smooth surface for the casters.

Clearance

Plan for the 86 x 75 in footprint plus access space around it, and check ceiling and door-track clearance for the vehicle at full 47 in rise.

Shipping & Delivery

Freight shipping within the lower 48 states; your delivery charge is shown at checkout, and terminal delivery to your carrier's local terminal is available as a checkout option.

You are responsible for unloading; a forklift or similar equipment is required, and a loading dock or liftgate may be required depending on the product. Check the delivery options on the product page before ordering.

Inspect your order before signing. Note concealed and visible damage or shortages on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt at delivery.

Warranty

Fortisky lifts carry a 3 year structural warranty covering arms, columns, carriages, legs, overhead beams, tracks, cross rails, top rail beams, swivel pins, and uprights, and a 2 year limited warranty overall for the original purchaser. After the first 30 days, cylinder issues are resolved with a seal kit and installation instructions.

Wheel service equipment carries a 1 year warranty on all operating components.

Wear and maintenance items such as cables, chains, slider blocks, rubber pads, and pulleys are excluded, along with on-site labor and damage from improper installation, operation, or maintenance. Missing lift parts must be reported within 72 hours. Freight damage is not a warranty issue; document it at delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum lifting capacity?
8,000 lb, which covers cars, crossovers, SUVs, and light trucks. Heavier full-size trucks are better matched to a 9,000 lb class lift like the FSL-FR90.
How high does the FSL-MR80 rise?
47 in of lift height from a 4.3 in lowered position. That puts wheels, brakes, and suspension at comfortable working level and still accepts low-profile vehicles on entry.
Can it be moved between service bays?
Yes, with the optional mobile kit, which adds casters for repositioning or clearing floor space. Fixed bolt-down installation is the alternative for a dedicated bay.
What happens if power goes out with a vehicle up?
Manual emergency lowering brings the vehicle down safely through the hydraulic system without electrical power.
What are the power requirements?
220V single phase, and confirm 60 Hz compatibility before purchase. The controls themselves operate on a 24V circuit for operator safety.
How much floor space does it need?
An 86 x 75 in footprint plus clearance for vehicle access, on level concrete (or a smooth level surface if you run the mobile kit).
